I have had to call Isaac or Matt many times over the last few summers for my older central AC units and they always have a way to get them back up and running. I have had other companies tell me that my only option was a new system but Daylight always seems to find the one part that is malfunctioning and replace it. I know that eventually I will have to replace my units and when that time comes I will absolutely call Daylight. I live in Albuquerque, but daylight came up as someone to call when getting AC conversion quotes. Isaac came out and gave me a no nonsense assessment and followed up quickly with an excellent quote. I had a lot of follow up questions and he either answered his phone right away or called back inside of 20 minutes. After committing they were able to start the install a week and a half later. The crew that showed up was super friendly and clearly worked well together. These guys obviously had years of experience. Additionally, Isaac and the owner Justin were onsite most of the time. Way too expensive to the point of gouging I think. Charging 100.00 to travel 30 miles total seems a bit much. I'll never call them again.

We live out in Valencia County, and recently experienced a power outage. Without power for 6 days, it took a while to find Daylight Electric. They came when they said they would, and brought equipment and a sense of humor to solve our problem -- a break in the underground cables bringing electricity to our home. They are the only area company with an "A-frame" to detect the location of breaks, and were able to splice around ours -- which was caused when a neighbor installed new fence posts without getting free locate service. Other companies called did not have the break detector, and so when they came out, they were quoting large rates to install and trench a brand new line, all 600 feet it would take. I cannot recommend more highly owner Justin, and his crew, Roberto and Isaac. They did everything they could to ensure we were reconnected to service --phone calls, electronic PMN forms and more.
