We told him we weren't sure yet and just wanted to smell the perfumes first, which is completely normal. He helped us briefly and then walked away without saying anything. Later, a female employee came to help us, and the male employee returned and whispered something to her. After that, they were just looking at us instead of actually assisting us. In the end, we did purchase a perfume that cost $210, and the product itself is great--but the customer service was terrible. Wanting to try a fragrance before buying does not mean we weren't serious customers. The way we were treated made the experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming.

As a plus size woman, finding this place was such a blessing. Sooooo many retailers sell clothes that just don't make sense for plus size women. Places like Torrid and Lane Bryant charge a fortune for the same quality clothes. My teenager loves this store too. Between the two of us, we have tons of clothes that have lasted a long time. Instead of offering a real solution, we were told to use body tape--which is unacceptable when you're spending $500-$1,500 on a dress. To make matters worse, our daughter has severe skin allergies, so body tape is not even an option for her. When I raised these concerns, the person claiming to be the owner responded with, "not my problem." They refused to accept a return, even though we had the dress for less than 30 minutes and immediately took it to an independent alteration specialist--something their own salesperson suggested, noting their in-house alterations were "very expensive." Even their own alteration person later confirmed the dress was not suitable for our daughter. We had originally been told that if this were the case, a refund would be issued. That turned out to be completely false. Instead, we were once again told to "use body tape." Now we're left with an $800 dress that cannot be worn. I recommend staying away. Also, take the time to research the ownership--because the person I spoke with on the phone misrepresented who they were. Absolutely unacceptable.
