I let them know that is not what I asked for, not what I paid for, and not what I approved. The owner, Lisa was cold and unapologetic. I asked her why I wasn't contacted because I would have said no to the smaller size. She didn't have an answer. Now my expensive jersey is ruined. She was rude and offered my money back for the embroidery only but told me the ruined jersey was my problem. I've been a customer here for years but will be looking for a new embroidery company now.

I have made some pretty awesome designs with them from Pikachu pocket shirts to Koifish hoodies for the organizations that I am a part of at Emory University. People who pre-order with me are super happy for the cost and quality. The people here are very nice and they really do whatever they can to make you happy. A lot of times, it's the price that turns me away but for them, you can always talk back and compromise. The graphics designer really tries to make sure to create what you want. There was a design of a koi fish that I submitted, but the image was in low resolution. At first, he made another whole new design, but he saw how sad I was and how I really wanted the original one. He took it upon himself to get back and spend extra time to make it work. At the end of the day it worked and no one asked him to do that. He wanted the challenge and to give me a smile at the end of the day. The process normally takes about 2-3 weeks, but you can always speed up the process to as little as 1 week with extra costs. Superb group. I am super happy for this company and I will continue to come here for anything I need as I create my brand or help a club out during my College years. Now with that said I can move onto why I rated them 4 stars. 1 - Extremely friendly, helpful and amazing customer service. I was greeted and taken care off from the time I walked in to the time I left. With a little space in between in order to allow me some privacy to shop. 2 - Their fashion choices are great with some variety! I love the variety of hang-bags, shoes, dresses, tops/bottoms, and jewelry galore to choose from. The quality in the clothes are good. Some of the items I would pass on but others I was impressed with. They accept only items that go back two years and are in excellent wearing condition. Although I wouldn't buy shoes that have been worn by anyone else, they have a huge selection of cute, designer shoes that are in great condition. The place is kind of small but not over-crowded like some other consignment shops I've been in to. The racks are not crowded and overwhelmed with clothes so it's easy to actually see the clothing without having to pull it off the rack. 4 - Sales! There are particular items specially marked down so just check the tags and find out which ones are on sale. I went two days in a row because on the second day they were having a customer appreciation day with free food and lot's of mark downs. This was a really great way for me to experience what shopping is like on an ordinary day compared to a sale event. The mark downs were great and the prices made it much easier to buy what I needed. All the ladies were very knowledgeable in the products. They gave me so much information about everything that I was encouraged to sign up with their frequent newsletter to stay updated and receive special perks they have to offer.
