Mr. Baer is a caring gentleman, Super Shuttle service had relayed our pick up time incorrectly; but upon calling the company, Mr. Baer answered the phone and said he was the owner and would personally come within a few minutes, pick us up and take us to the airport. He was a pleasure to talk to during the ride and is extremely knowledgeable about current issues that may be offensive to those not 'in the know'. The vehicle was in impeccable condition. One of his drivers, Kelly, picked us up from the airport just a few days prior and was likewise very courteous and was at the airport waiting for us when we arrived. There was absolutely no reason for us to degrade this review in any way. The prior reviews were clearly comments by those with less than Conservative views and they may have personally clashed with Mr. Baer; he is a loving father, grandfather and loves his country! If you're looking for a luxury experience, look anywhere else because this limo service delivers the exact opposite. From the moment we stepped onto the bus, our bachelorette weekend was derailed. We were greeted not with professionalism or cleanliness, but with filthy champagne glasses - every single one smeared with someone else's lipstick. Not "missed a spot" dirty - completely unclean and unacceptable. It was the kind of health‑code nightmare you'd expect from a back‑alley dive bar, not a service charging over $400. The driver? Utterly unprepared. He had no idea how to operate the sound system and making excuses, leaving us sitting in awkward silence and playing music from a phone speaker instead of enjoying the celebration we paid for. If this was his first day, he clearly received zero training which says everything about the company's standards. But the real disaster was the manager. Unprofessional. Incompetent. Shockingly rude. His attitude alone should disqualify him from working in any customer‑facing industry. Instead of acknowledging the issues or offering solutions, he delivered condescension and defensiveness, making it clear that customer satisfaction isn't even a remote priority for this company. Awful company. We chartered a mini coach for a clients wedding last May. It was an absolute disaster! First of all, I tried to reconfirm the day before with the driver to make sure everything was good. When I texted him, I was notified that he read the text, but he clearly ignored me and never actually did get back to me confirming everything. The day of the event, he did text me 20 minutes before the pick up time saying that the bus overheated and that he is going to be late. He actually ended up being over 30 minutes late. When he finally showed up, he was rude to the guests and was an absolute horrible driver. He ran through stop signs, hit many curbs, made other cars wait for him while driving up Main Street, etc. etc. The bus was also in horrible condition. There were no back shocks so it created tons of noise while driving. The bus was dirty and the AC didn't work very well. We tried to reach out to management of the company to see what they could do for us and of course, no response. I honestly can't believe this company is still in business. Maybe instead of spending money on all the billboards with the owners face, put that money toward maintenance/updated vehicles in their fleet and competent drivers. Wow! read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. We rented this limo service for a bachelorette party and it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The vehicle was completely disgusting and clearly unprepared for our reservation. It was not cleaned, not stocked, and did not feel remotely appropriate for a group celebration we had booked and paid for. This was supposed to be a fun, stress-free experience and instead we were immediately disappointed and uncomfortable. What made the situation even worse was what happened after. When we contacted the company to calmly explain our concerns, the owner became combative, defensive, and outright disrespectful. Instead of taking accountability or attempting to make things right, we were met with hostility and unprofessional behavior that was honestly shocking for someone running a service-based business. Mistakes can happen -- how a company responds is what matters. Unfortunately, this company showed zero professionalism, zero customer care, and zero respect. I would strongly advise anyone planning a special event (especially a bachelorette party or celebration) to look elsewhere. I was in Salt Lake City for a conference... I will not mention dates as that is not important. My company hired this limo service during my stay through our agency in NY. So disappointing. They were late on pick up and made some excuse. The old guy driving was making remarks that were off color and offensive and he seemed to hate the fact I was a professional female and did not take kindly to how much he hated our government. I did not want to discuss politics on my ride from the Airport, but this seemed to be his agenda. Please take my advice from one professional to another and hire a different company.
