Came for Disney on Ice at 11am on a saturday-…read more Finding tickets was a little confusing, not sure if there's a way to buy them besides a third party site which I don't normally prefer to do, but this time worked out using Stubhub, I presume bc it was not a super popular time to go to this event and it had multiple shows. Two tickets in the terrace 16 section cost about $75 with taxes and fees. I also prepaid for parking online to save $10, but I thought $30 was a little steep for the lot, come to learn there's the possibility of free street parking in the area as well. Inside the arena was fine, a bit vintage but did the job. Seats were easy enough to find but it would be cool to have some direction on where to park for your section as we ended up on the other side but it wasn't too bad of a walk and I parked near an exit for an easy way to get out. All in all I would come back here for an event but would try to figure out how to park on the street.

I went to the 1230 showing and Tuesday and Wednesday so I think it's half price in any case. I also got a senior discount added to the already Tuesday discount and I only paid $8.89 for my ticket. Not bad for three hours of air conditioning plus epic movie. I wasn't sure if I would like the movie since it is so long, but it completely held my attention, especially when I got to see the Greek mythology portions that I remember from reading in my seventh grade social studies classes. Matt Damon and Anne Hathaway did great jobs as Odysseus and Penelope and I thought the cast was very good. There were quite a few people in the theater and the ticket. People were friendly and helpful and the bathroom was nice and clean. Plenty of parking during the day during the week. Come to fashion Valley on their discount Tuesdays and Wednesdays and enjoy a good movie, especially in this extreme summer heat.

She not only was able to find me tickets but I did not have to pay any additional charges because she found seats in the same section for the same price for me! Its rare to find companies that will bend over backwards for you these days, even going against "procedure" to make sure that the customer is happy. The old town transit center is nice and provides free parking to use the trolleys, something so rare nowadays, and the trolleys themselves only cost about $2.50, which is also a price that can't be beat. One of my favorite things to do is utilize the transit to get to shows and venues like at the Gaslamp, the convention, or even Petco Park. Used it this weekend for survivor series, and it was such a lifesaver with parking, convenience, and easy access to get to the venue and back. I loved it, and I wish we had this exact smooth service in L.A.; ours sucks. There's no sugar coating that. L.A. needs to learn from San Diego and take notes.

I expected that we might be more supervised, have more rules about how we used the equipment, or be limited to certain areas, but we were given access to all of the equipment and were free to move throughout the house. It made the experience feel much more immersive. It was a really cool experience, and we may or may not have interacted with a ghost by the name of Tomasito toward the end of our investigation. When I asked the employee why they were closed early, instead of offering an explanation or apologizing, they mocked me by mimicking what I said and repeatedly told me they were closed. Closing early is frustrating enough, but being treated disrespectfully as a customer is unacceptable. If your posted hours say you're open until a certain time, customers should be able to rely on that. After making the trip specifically to this store, this experience was especially disappointing. I won't be returning and hope management addresses both the early closures and the poor customer service.

If you can get to another store, go there.
