Wow....very impressed…read more Shopping around for last minute Monday Night Football tickets, I found their listing on Ebay and called their 1-800-295-0053 number. Spoke with Greg and he actually gave me a better price over the phone and offered next day delivery from San Diego to Los Angeles. Plus, he gave me the option to park my car at their hotel location and take the trolley instead of dealing with traffic and parking at Qualcomm...talk about looking out for a DIE HARD CHARGER FAN on a budget!! Thanks again, Greg....looking forward to my first Monday Night Football Game in San Diego to watch my BOLTS versus the COLTS....GO CHARGERS, BABY!!!!

I purchased Padres tickets through a 3rd party vendor that ended up being from Spectator Tickets. The vendor messed up my order and I unwittingly purchased tickets for the wrong day. I immediately called and was put in touch with Julia at Spectator Tickets. All sales were supposed to be final, but she empathized with my situation and worked tirelessly for hours to find me tickets on the day I wanted, which was today! She not only was able to find me tickets but I did not have to pay any additional charges because she found seats in the same section for the same price for me! Its rare to find companies that will bend over backwards for you these days, even going against "procedure" to make sure that the customer is happy. I'll definitely go out of my way to buy tickets from Spectator Tickets next time I need tickets. I highly recommend that you do too. And their prices were way below face value!

They really brought the history, stories, and paranormal side of the house to life and made the entire visit even more enjoyable. Definitely worth checking out if you're interested in history, the paranormal, or both! Right off the bat, our tour guide, Ed, was such a kind and quick-witted host. You could tell this was more than just a job to him and that he was genuinely passionate about the house and making sure guests had a great experience. He was loaded with interesting stories and was super helpful whenever we had questions about the equipment or what we were supposed to do. I was surprised by how much freedom this tour gave us. I expected that we might be more supervised, have more rules about how we used the equipment, or be limited to certain areas, but we were given access to all of the equipment and were free to move throughout the house. It made the experience feel much more immersive. It was a really cool experience, and we may or may not have interacted with a ghost by the name of Tomasito toward the end of our investigation. Either way, that moment was definitely the highlight of the night! I highly recommend this tour to anyone who's curious about the paranormal or just wants a unique experience at the Whaley House!

When I asked the employee why they were closed early, instead of offering an explanation or apologizing, they mocked me by mimicking what I said and repeatedly told me they were closed. Closing early is frustrating enough, but being treated disrespectfully as a customer is unacceptable. If your posted hours say you're open until a certain time, customers should be able to rely on that. After making the trip specifically to this store, this experience was especially disappointing. I won't be returning and hope management addresses both the early closures and the poor customer service.
