She's harder to get a hold of than a President! She's fast talking in her phone message where she says it's faster to get a hold of her if you don't leave messages on her phone and to go to her website then gives her email address lightning fast and uses the International Phonetic Alphabet (!) which really throws you off as you're trying to jot it down! Also she doesn't call back when try to make an appointment at her office...So I'd recommend her only if you're self punishing! read more

I've been a client of Ganis insurance for several years and this company never disappoints. Ganis always finds the best deals, lowest rates and excellent coverage. As my vehicles have changed (sometimes 5 different vehicles in a single year) and my family has grown, Ganis is just a phone call away to add or subtract a vehicle from my auto insurance policy or modify my homeowners insurance policy. I've been through a few refinances and Ganis is right on it! Mary (the company owner) goes the extra mile to make sure we stay insured and actively seeks out ways to save money. Horrible human being! Mary Ganis is rude, defensive and does not provide the customer service that a service based business stands for. I had several questions re: the policy and she had excuse after excuse and again - very RUDE. I was trying to update our policy and when I found another policy and asked to cancel she said I had to go to corporate. However, when she was courting me - she could not have gotten on the phone quick enough. Don't be fooled by her can do attitude. Once she gets you in as a customer, she ghosts you. There are lots of other people out there who want your business - I suggest you look around. read more

Well, before you get bored reading let me make it clear. Pat was able to offer me lower insurance than GEICO. "A 400 dollar less quote!" Yes I admit I have been collecting speeding tickets because of my previous infiniti G37?! Well that was fun though so no regrets. Anyway, Pat is very intellectual and to the point lady. She was able to finish whole discussion in short time. We started talking as I left for office and before I reached I bought the insurance. I cancelled my GEICO insurance in next 10 mins. I was shopping around for car insurance for my new leased car. after hearing horror stories from friends who's had a hard time dealing with big insurance companies, i decided to go with the underdog - mercury. mercury hooked me up with Ganis as my local agent. and as soon as i processed my policy via the mercury website, Pat from Ganis reached out to me via e-mail and answered all my questions. I was impressed by her thorough knowledge and her professionalism when it comes to helping a noob shop for insurance. a few weeks later i decided to make some modifications to my current policy. Ganis Insurance helped when Nationwide wasn't on my side. I was in the process of purchasing a home, and I decided to use a quick and easy online form to get my insurance quote and have everything quickly processed. I originally went through my existing automobile insurance carrier, who had a form for everything except homeowner's insurance (this is how I was originally introduced to Ganis Insurance). Deciding this wasn't "easy" for me (which I later discovered was wrong) I went through Nationwide's online site to quickly whip up a policy. "Quickly whip up" is about as good of a summary as it gets. When my lender had questions on how the policy was assembled, I could not answer them (as I'm not in this line of work) and simply referred the lender to the insurance company (Nationwide) who was little to no help (I did get to listen to their god forsaken hold music, which made me want to brutalize cute animals).... Remembering that Ganis Insurance had emailed me earlier, I returned their message, gave them a call, and wound up putting them directly in touch with my lender. Their team had things squared away in no time at all. The policy was in place when it needed to be, and all requirements of the lender were satisfied. Bonus - Ganis insurance was able to work with my existing automobile policy and reduce the cost by approximately $1000 per year. Nice. read more

While visiting my uncle last month who lives near Redondo Beach, he was flat out busy with his delivery business. Well, I didnt know that Ganis Ins was so on top of things, I am writing this becuase not only my positive experiences with Mercury Insurance but also with Ganis Insurance. I was worried that I would not recieve the services that Geico offered becuase of their Iphone app, however I have been blessed to have such a proactive and professional experience with Ganis, I actually was on my way to purchase a car and actually set up my entire insurance profile on the 405 heading to OC to take delivery of my vehicle, not only did we finish in time, Pat stayed a bit later to make sure I received my binder (proof of insurance) and temp insurance cards. so I could take delivery. It has not stopped there, Pat is always there !! to answer make changes add to policy, to advise and readily so!! I am not sure she is actually Human, Possibly a robot?
