The reviews were very believable and sincere, so I immediately reached out to he company at 2 AM. Surprisingly, I didn't get an answering machine, I got a live person that was attentive and very professional. I got Calvin and I was sold. We made the appointment for the same day and lets just say that he has "earned" a lifelong customer. In fact, this review is the pre-cursor to the verbal and written notice of severance of service that I am going to give to my (soon to be previous) pest control company. Now, let me tell you about my service experience. At the appointed time, Calvin and his crew arrived and they are a handsome bunch so I now had excellent service and eye candy to add to the collection of professional experiences. Moving on, Calvin's team blew and inspected my garage so it was sparkling clean AND treated for pests. They used sustainable bug repellent outside my home, which smelled really good in the autumn wind. Ok, so if the presentation, professionalism wasn't enough... Lets move on to the educational experience and what exactly cemented my understanding that I can never have another exterminator take care of my place. Calvin illuminated areas that existed that I was not aware of. He pulled out my stove, my refrigerator, and shined the cool light that he had light attached to his forehead so that I could see what was really going on behind my appliances. He cleaned and sealed the holes and this was more than any other exterminator had ever done. When he wrote the bill up (which I was glad to pay), he educated me on exactly they types of chemicals used and the amounts of concentrations of the active ingredients. In closing, you want to do business with Calvin of Absolute Exterminating Services LLC. This by far, was a very unique experience that has raised the bar.

I contacted A and A Critters who referred us to their pest division, Matt's, about an insect…read moreproblem. Matt himself responded right away and I was able to quickly get an appointment. We apparently tracked in fleas from outside where many dogs are walked close to our door, because our inside cat of several years suddenly had fleas, never seen before. Despite treating the cat directly with topical and oral meds, we kept finding them, along with what looked like eggs, when using a flea comb. I was horrified and after researching learned we needed to treat the environment. Matt explained the type of products they would use and what to expect, and the tech was great about communicating when on the way about his arrival time . We were still seeing a couple fleas and eggs a few days later and although I know the cycle can take a few weeks to break I was concerned, as some areas had not been treated. I contacted the office and they were responsive and courteous. Matt reached out with some info and they had the tech return to both retreat with another product and treat some new areas. I know that my stress was showing (having to wash every area rug, blanket, throw, pillow, sheet, anything fabric in hot water and dry it on high to kill the eggs and I was doing laundry round the clock) but the office, Matt and the tech remained patient and empathetic and never made me feel like I was a bother. After the second treatment we haven't seen any further evidence of fleas - but if we did, I know the service is guaranteed. Matt's Pest provided prompt, courteous, professional and effective service.
