I went in today to get some PDF files printed from my thumb drive. I was initially told it couldn't be done (although I've had this service countless times in the past). I left a little perplexed, these were straightforward Adobe PDF files. I called the store back and got clarification that it could be done. Jacob for the save. There was another young man that initially tried to print and couldn't so maybe a little extra training is in order. Otherwise this store has plenty of resources to handle you printing needs, picture products, notary services and even offers mailbox service as well. All services are reasonable priced. read more

They delivered my package while I was at work, yet they expected me to sign for them. How does that make sense? Then I went to the Babcock location and not only were they no help, they served another customer before me even though she came in after me. I had been waiting in line for awhile yet someone else walks in and they served her first! How rude? Then their website doesn't work! Quality? What Quality? Value? What value? Big Brown! This is the Med Center UPS Store. Located in the plaza at Babcock and Huebner, if you need to return some Amazon merchandise, this is a good spot. It's located right next to a wonderful donut shop. The clerks are always fast, speedy, efficient, and friendly. They're always ready to help and always do so with a smile. I've seen people bring things in that are hardly packaged, and they help tape it together, fill in the customs forms, and get the parcel on the way! When it comes to Amazon packages, I just hand over the barcode and a pile of parts, and they happily accept it all! Parking is easy. If you need to email something over for them to print, they charge a $3.25 fee called 1-15 minutes computer time, in addition to the $.25 per black and white page print. FedEx doesn't charge to have things emailed over. read more

Ruby is the SWEETEST! Seeing her always brightens my day. She is so helpful, kind, and professional. When returning an amazing package today, she ran to the door to open it for an older woman with a cane who was struggling. Neither I nor anyone else in line noticed -- but she did. I just moved to San Antonio for law school and she always tells me how she's proud of me and that I'm beautiful I don't really have a family so hearing her say this to me every time I come in is really encouraging and heart warming. Ruby goes above and beyond to help me with any questions or issues I may have. She is so proud of her boss's children and how they are all doctors, pointing to the pictures on the wall and saying how smart they all are. What a WONDERFUL woman who deserves the whole world!! Because it was later on a Saturday, I sent a package through the UPS Store on Babcock. They said it was 3 day delivery through the postal service. 1. tracking number was wrong. 2. lied to me about where the package was. I called USPS, they said they didn't have the package. UPS store said they didn't have the package. I told the guy at the store to put a tracer on it. No. He said the postal service sometimes just sets their packages aside for no reason. I wrote UPS Store headquarters. A month later, they blew me off when I wanted to file an insurance claim. OVER A MONTH LATER, the package shows up at its destination. 3 day delivery, my aunt ethel. There's no point in going there, especially if something goes wrong. FYI, that store is not BBB member. read more

Store really needs to work on customer service. I would have gone to Fredericksburg UPS on Medical but they close at 4pm. Ruby was apparently upset that I arrived 10 min before closing to make some Amazon returns. If she doesn't want to work, then she needs to let her management know. If the store closes at 5pm, then it closes at 5pm. If they want to close to 4:50pm then let the owner know. She suggested I come earlier and she could give me a business card as if I can't look it up. Some people work or have other priorities which makes them come to ups at 4:50pm. But I will make sure to remember to never come to this location again. And no this is not my first rude instance with the store, but it will surely be the last. read more

UPS yelp review It's been a greif filled and hectic few days which is why I didn't get this posted right away. I got a call my little brother had suddenly passed. I immediately needed copies and faxing among other things. I went to the neighborhood office supply and stood in long lines for an irritating amount of time where everyone leaving was empty-handed or appeared frustrated. When I got to the counter I too left empty-handed and a bit put off that the website had said they did these jobs. I needed a printed obituary for the guests at my brother's services which was less than a week away. I started looking and found The Ups store on Babcock. I rushed over and the most polite voice and person I had heard or seen in a week said "yes, we do that. Send an email of what you'd like it to say, so when our guy comes in he can start on it right away." so I rushed home and sent the email. Within a few hours I got not only a call but a proof of exactly what I wanted with only a few minor changes. The next day I received another phone call and an email with a proof and I loved it. I went down to talk to Josh and the sweetest young man had both kindness and work ethic! The amount I was charged I felt I'd been helped and not sold to. I'd like to credit Josh and The Ups Store on Babcock for not only doing such a lovely job at putting the rest of my very grief filled and hecktic week to ease but also, for doing a very nice job and for pennies compared to what office depot wanted and in 2 days not 2 weeks! Thank you Josh, you truly went above the rest and made my week a little better in the most important way. I will definitely be back and I will highly recommend you and your store. read more

Had to return some Amazon packages. The 2 women were swamped. I was probably the 9th person in line. It's the season right? Even with so many impatient people in the store they did a great job in assisting me. Could they do with another team member? Sure. But they deserve a raise for dealing with the public and keeping a smile in their voice. I appreciate they were wearing masks even with the rudest people not wearing one. Some guy was even giving the woman behind the counter a lecture about his "American rights". Bless his little heart... thanks to the employees for being so helpful and patient. read more

I have been a post office customer for about 3 years here, and I really enjoy it. My packages are always secure, and they email me whenever they receive one, also I can call their location on Babcock Road and Huebner to see if I have any mail before I make the trip, this saves me a lot of time. The staff here and the manager, John are professional and friendly, and very courteous. I never see them slacking either come to think of it, they are all such diligent workers. The price is comparable and competitive with other places that offer this service. And even after hours I have a key to pick up my mail. For me this is great because I am a night owl . Also I get a discount because I have a post office box, although I would like one on the cards as well because they have the COOLEST cards for every occasion, but they are a bit pricey. That's my only complaint, they still get my 5 star rating. read more

This place is not what it use to be. The old owner Hector was always friendly and helpful. The new owner has no personality and has no clue what customer service is. When I arrived to this UPS there was no other customers in the store. There were three workers, two on the phone and one (the manager) was not. I was ignored by the manager, April, and had to wait until on of the other employees was off the phone. The manager then continually interrupted the employee that was assisting me the entire time. On top of that, they wanted me to pay over $40 to ship a small painting. Won't be coming back here again. I don't blame them for the prices, but the customer service was awful. read more

Horrible customer service. There were 2 workers when I went in, one was pregnant and the other was a shorter woman playing music on her phone. There was an older lady in front of me and she was super nice to her, asked her many questions pertaining to her mail. Then it's my turn and it's a complete 180, didn't ask how I wanted my mail to be delivered, no concern what so ever of my transaction as if being of younger age was an issue to her and didn't have to treat me the same. I was needing to send something to a business for urgent express mail but she sent it through standard mail. I wasn't even done and she called the next customer up while I was still there in front of her. Very rude employee! read more

They get the job done, but are usually pretty slow at completing tasks - even though there are usually 3 people working. I do appreciate that they told me it would be much cheaper to mail certain things through the US Post Office rather than buying the postage at their store. That was nice and unnecessary for them to do, but it shows that their employees actually care about the customer, which means a lot in my book. Will always go to them first because of their convenient location to me and because of their helpfulness - I'll just always plan to go when I'm not on a timeline. read more

What a bad experience! First off, it took three months to get the correct key for my box and for the after hours door. Now that I have purchase a product, I found out that I cannot have it delivered by UPS to the UPS store. When you go to the UPS my choice and enter in the address, it complains that it is a business address and directs you to call UPS. After explain the problem over 10 times to UPS and speaking to several supervisors, they informed me that a package cannot be sent via UPS to a UPS store. Do not us UPS. Bad customer support. Bad service. Just plain bad. read more

I visited this location in search of notary services. Having read some of the negative posts, I entered the store unsure about the quality of service that I would receive. I was very pleased with the service provided by the notary and her colleagues. I had them scan and email copies of the document and ship the package. I rate the service 5 stars. read more

First few days coming to this city I had to mail some keys back to my old place and had to get some documents notarized. Getting the documents notarized took only a few seconds, keys on the other hand, a little long. Ended up getting a new girl working there and we ended up waiting there for 15 minutes, 10 minutes longer than we had to, she kept on running back and forth like a chicken with its head cut off, not really wanting us to go anywhere, finally the owner came by and told us he would take it from there and we were finally able to leave. These people are awesome. I own a small business and from time to time my AT+T internet goes down for days at a time (I have since changed to another internet carrier). The staff goes over and above to help me. They have printed my attachments and scanned my documents(sometimes up to 125 pages) and even double checked the count for me. The owner is a very good man.
