Been here twice and this is it, very reasonably priced for what you're getting. Beautiful salon, very clean and my nails were excellent. Gel manicure lasted 3 weeks before any wear and tear. Always rushed, services are never done in completion. Manicurist will step away constantly looks like they really need a receptionist. They just seem very distracted, which is unfortunate because it makes services be longer than planned and inconsistently timed each appointment. Worst mani pedi I've had in 30 years. They only want to do gel polish and upgrade services. They have 2 extra charges if you don't pay cash but that is not advertised. I wanted the regular polish and everything they have is so old that all of the polish is were thick and gloppy. The light color on my nails took six coats and is now chipping right off. The dark color only needed two coats but the tech glopped it all over and didn't clean it up. They don't paint the tops of the nails. The polish had not dried in over 30 minutes. It's the only nail bar I know of that doesn't have a drying table for your hands and nails. So I couldn't put my shoes on and they gave me crappy flip flops that discolored my feet. The way they cut the nails is also terrible. They did not listen to the type of shape that I want. The nails were not cut evenly or to the same length. They do not appear to use sterilized packs. The clippers did not seem very sharp. I hope I don't get an infection. Worst experience ever zero stars. I would never go back. read more

I've been here twice with my partner for gel manicures and both times we left with subpar results. My partner has medium length natural nails and gets gel manicures regularly, on our first visit her nails were cut shorter than asked for and were left unevenly shaped. We're new to the area and wanted to give this place another chance so we came back a month later and this time her nails were over-filed with the nail grinder and left way too thin. They bent with any pressure put on them and ended up breaking within 4 days. Her nails were strong after working on growing them out and strengthening them for the past 1.5 years and now she's had to cut them all down and start from square one. One of my nails was left with a small break which made the gel on top chip off. My partner also had some trouble with her polish color during her appointment and it seemed the person working on her was in a rush because she was convinced to leave with a color she didn't want it because it would "dry darker". We unfortunately won't be returning. read more

From water to hot green tea, even white wine. This salon is huge, bright lights and very clean. They have 16 pedicure chair stations and 12 manicurist stations. The place is very modern. I love it here. They have tons of services to choose from and great prices! They even have a ATM machine inside. The location of the salon is great and plenty of parking. read more

The manicure that was terrible. It literally chipped the second day. It's because they only put my nails under the light once. They didn't take the time to really cure the gel. They also said there is a 10% discount for paying cash. It was $100 for my mani-pedi ($45 pedi and $55 mani). They said my total would be $92.... I kept explaining that 10% off would be $90. The man said he calculated it separately (10% off $45 and 10% off $55). But that would still add up to $10 off... I had to speak to another worker there to get the correct price. Make sure you do the math yourself to ensure you're paying the right price. I wouldn't come back here again because all I did was wash dishes and my $45 gel manicure chipped. They weren't even acrylics; she just applied a gel-like substance to my natural nail, glued the broken one back on, and then painted them. I don't know her name, but I understand that she is the manager. I took them off that same night. Incredibly Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience - Avoid La Belle Nail Lounge! My visit to La Belle Nail Lounge was, without a doubt, one of the worst salon experiences I've ever had. While my first visit with Tina was great and she did a good job, this time I came in for a Builder Gel in a Bottle (BGIB) removal and a manicure and left feeling completely let down and frustrated. I was told to come back at 4 PM on a Saturday, which I did, but was then asked to come in early by phone call I returned the call within 10 min but was told she wasn't available come in at 4pm. When I was finally seated, Tina's sister began my service. She used a Dremel tool to remove the gel, and despite my repeated "ouch" and "hot" comments, she continued to work too quickly and for too long in certain spots, burning my nail beds. I even mentioned that there was a specific product for easier removal, but my advice was disregarded. During my appointment, I couldn't help but overhear the conversations of two other clients. One lady getting a new set of nails said, "I've never had anyone take off my nails like that. Please be careful. I do not want the nail bed ripped up." Another client, having her gel removed, said, "Please don't rip my nails off." It was clear that other customers were also experiencing the same rough, rushed treatment. It seems they are consistently cutting corners and not properly treating nails to maintain their health. The quality of the manicure and polish was shocking. I was bounced around to another technician partway through the polishing, which made the result even worse. The polish was too thick, bumpy, and uneven. It started chipping that same evening and was a complete mess by day three, forcing me to remove it entirely. When I politely expressed my concerns about the painful removal process and the poor polish job, the staff was dismissive. My feedback was completely disregarded, and I received no apology or offer to fix the issues. Save your time and money. There are many other salons that provide much better service and quality work. I will not be returning and I highly recommend others to steer clear of La Belle Nail Lounge! read more
