The pedicure I got which was the $55 detox was not so great. Pedicure itself wasn't cleaned as cuticles and gunk underneath the toes like how pedicures are usually done. The massage was little to none. A few strokes and that was it. I do however love my frenchie toes as another tech hoped in to finish the job. Also bring cash so u won't be charged an additional $5. read more

They have a tv running which I love I hate when business are super quiet and awkward. Owner was in a rush doing my nails because she seemed like she overbooked for the hour which isn't my fault ‍ and was squeezing my hands to tell/signal me to relax, which obviously isn't going to help me relax definitely made me feel uncomfortable. Everyone else was really sweet. read more

I was getting just acrylic French tips which were fine but I didn't like that they looked dingy after a while and that the white wore off the tips. So I switched to pink and whites. I always make an appt. I was called a few days before my appt and was asked to reschedule. Within the first week, 2 nails lifted. I called and made an appt. I was rushed in and out. All nails were drilled where lifting, and painted over with clear coat. Less than a week later, these 2 nails plus 2 more are lifting. I called again and couldn't come for a few days. On the phone it was no big deal. Today, I get there and have to wait 20 mins for my appt because she was running late and did 2 full sets back to back before and during my appt while attending to me. They gave me polish and asked me to pick a color. I said oh no I'm here because 4 of my nails are lifting. She said oh it's been 2 weeks that's a fill. I said you never said that on the phone and it's been less than a week since you repaired my nails. I said I'm too busy to be coming here 3+ times per month for something that she's not doing correctly. I also said I wasn't paying for anything today. She rushes and goes too fast. She drilled off the lifted areas of acrylic, didn't fill in these craters on my nails, and just painted over them with clear polish. Pictures attached. I will not be going back ever again! I also think for what she charges for her pedicures, they're over priced for what you actually get. I've had much more thorough pedicures elsewhere that charge less. read more

I was in the area and decided to check this place out. I didn't have an appointment and was hoping they could fit me in. I was greeted by the owner I believe, and she was friendly. She commented that she strived to make customers happy. I requested a gel manicure and regular pedicure but didn't ask for the price up front ( my bad). The pedicure was quick and rushed. No real cleansing or massage. She spent about 15 minutes on my pedicure and charged me $80 plus tip for the 40 minutes she spent. When I got home, I noticed my toenails looked like a 5 year old had applied the polish. I had to take a Qtip with nail polish remover to remove excess polish around my toes. Also note, if you pay by credit, they pass credit card fees on to you. If I'm spending this kind of money, more time should be spent and the service should be superb. Not a horrible experience, it was just ok for me. read more

This place is incredibly convenient for me and has reasonable prices. The woman helping me did an amazing job shaping my nails and nail beds. Only thing is that one of my fingers was verrrry irritated and tender to the touch even a few days after the manicure. I had a nail break a few hours afterwards simply by putting on a sweatshirt so that was a bummer too. This was my first time in ??? years getting acrylics so I felt like a super-noob! But what a pleasant experience! My friend and I called at 12:11 and asked if they had any openings for that day- mind you, this was Friday before 4th of July weekend. But they were really cool, asked if we could be there by 12:30 (thank god we live down the street) and said come on in! The salon is small, in a tiny shopping center off The Ave, but they keep it up quite nicely! Four pedi chairs and three or four mani chairs. Both my friend and I had women nail techs who were really professional and obviously experienced (and hers especially was just very funny and sweet I guess!) Each tech took two looks at our (separate) reference pics and replicated them pretty much to the T. In the time it took me to get mine (45 mins maybe?) I watched how they dealt with other customers, too. Walk-ins, appointments, etc. They seem to have a nice little community of patrons who know and like them, so it that was really nice to see, too. read more

Had a fill done here a week ago and one nail already completely chipped after 6 days and now is completely off after 8 days and many other nails I can see are lifting and will be popping off any day. Unbelievable. The nail technician did the fill so fast between 25-30 mins as if I was in a hurry which I wasn't and now I'm paying the price because I need to get a whole new set on before all these ones get ripped off and damage my nail bed. Should have known by how dead it was in there that it wasn't a desired location. read more

I tried this nail salon in hopes that I would love it so that I didn't have to go far to get my nails done. (This salon is less than a mile away) There was no AC and it was very muggy inside. No music or TV sound. (So awkward silence) Parking was not that bad. It's a tight parking lot to begin with. There was only one other customer in the salon. I had made an appointment and waited less than 5 minutes to be seated. Experience: I got a full set. I have asked for coffin matted nails. (See reference photo that was shown to person doing nails.) I got a set of nails that were, I guess almost matte and no where near coffin shaped or the length I wanted. When I asked for the length, I wanted, I was told that length was $5 more. I agreed but she had already taken the liberty to start cutting my nails and said it would cost even more to reapply new tips to cut to the length I was requesting. I was not happy with the color when applied and asked if we can have use a similar color to the one I requested. She stated that she already started painting my nails and since she used gel color it would cost more to take off. As for the coffin shape request. I addressed that this was not coffin shape she insisted it was and proceeded to charge me extra for the misshaping of my already not what I wanted nails.... I have been getting my nails done for years. Out of all of the nail salons that I have tried this is the first nail salon that I do not recommend. The only positive with this salon was that they respected my appointment time. read more

Went here with my daughter-in-law and had both a pedicure and a manicure. I chose the Jelly pedicure which was fantastic! I highly recommend it. They soak your feet first in warm water and then in this thick warm jelly. Hard to describe, but it was wonderful! They also did the regular stuff, but then used hot stones to massage my legs. This was such a relaxing, wonderful treatment. I never wanted it to end! My manicure was just the normal one, and they used a gel nail polish and painted flowers on my ring fingers. I'm writing this review because they deserve it, but I hope they don't get so busy I can't get an appointment! If you want to be pampered, and get your nails done, this is the place! read more

New to California, so on the hunt for a new nail place. I'm Vietnamese and have been getting my nails done every 2 weeks for the last 12 years. After viewing their Yelp page, decide to give them a call for a quote on a gel manicure, the tech who did my nails was the same tech who quoted me $35 over the phone. After the service was completed she asked cash or card? I stated card and she's like okay it's $40. It's obvious that she bluntly passed her credit card processing fee onto me. On top of that, the simple manicure and gel paint I requested was POORLY done. At first she barely cut any cuticles, to the point I had to request to cut more. THEN the paint job was terrible. Uneven layers and left entirely too much space, looks like my nails have already grown out. THANKS FOR LYING ABOUT THE PRICE and now having to spend more money and time so I'm not embarrassed to walk around with the most awful nails I've ever had in my entire life. read more

They did a fantastic job with my pedicure and were very concerned about doing it properly and making sure the polish wouldn't smudge.

Open during the shutdown! They have a little shaded area right outside the salon for manicures and pedicures. Yes it's outside, yes you have to wear a mask, but it was not horrible and the fresh air felt easy to breath with your mask on. The owner was super sweet and I was able to get in same day with an appointment. Nails turned out great and I'm a happy camper. Many people do not know she is open during this time and is struggling like all small businesses. read more

I got a gel mani and pedi and they did them both for me at the same time which I've never seen before and appreciated. My manicure and pedicure turned out well. All the ladies were nice and attentive. They asked how I was and let me try two different colors out before selecting one. The service was absolutely amazing, and all of the ladies were super kind. The only thing I would note would be to ask the price beforehand. We were given a list on pedicures about different services and their prices with a little note at the end, saying that gel costed extra. they OVER CHARGE. My nails and toes don't look the best, they didn't try hard. She over charged me a lot and gave the excuse my nails were long. I had a nail fill. They're already long. You're not adding anything. I could see an up charge for a new set. But $15 extra on a fill for length is a something that has never happened before. And $15 extra for gel on the toes is a robbery I could have purchased the bottle of gel for less. Also they over book then rush. I came here a few times. They were ok in the sense most of the time I could walk in and they would take me. But the work the women does is mediocre. I got a pink and white French tip done and it was super uneven. She ended up cutting my cuticle pretty bad. I came back a few weeks later (today) and wanted the acrylic removed and a gel manicure done. When she removed my acrylic she ended up slicing half my nail and it's bleeding and told me, "Sorry, don't pick at it or it won't heal" i then gave her like a 18% tip and stops me at the way out and says only this much, sorry. Pretty bad service and not worth the money. If rather go to royal, indulgence in windsor or Shiloh in windsor. read more

I was rushing to find a place that does eyebrow waxing on a Sunday because as most of us ladies know not that many places are open and available to do it. I called this Salon early in the afternoon and was told that I could come in. I thought to myself - Jackpot!!! I was running behind a little bit and I called the lady to let her know. She was very kind and told me not to rush. Long story short I went in about 30 min after and she did a really nice job and actually LISTENED to what I asked for, as opposed to doing whatever. I was extremely thankful for that and went on my way to get the rest of my errands done for my Sunday afternoon.
