I have been going here for years with questionable results but I always overlooked the flaws until now. I was over charged on my debit card after leaving the salon. I no longer have my receipt to prove my intended tip, but let's just say they increased it to give themselves a bigger tip! It's bad enough they increased their prices by $20 for the same service! I wouldn't visit again. There are multiple other salons around the Eastwood mall area that I would visit again - this isn't one of them. Cleanliness - I had concerns about cleanliness (the general appearance of the salon wasn't the cleanest, and no plastic liner was used in the pedicure basin). Atmosphere/Experience- The older woman (who appeared to be the owner/manager) was gossiping about an employee and another customer and tried to get me to engage conversation with her on this (I didn't). When I was unresponsive to her commentary, she came and stood directly next to me as I sat in the pedicure chair (wedging herself between my chair and the chair next to me) and leaned her body up against me - presumably to garner some reaction/engagement from me. Strange. Service - The pedicure itself was fine, fairly standard, nail shape wasn't great but okay. Overall - weird vibe, not the cleanest, not the best pedicure. Wouldn't recommend. read more

If I could give them negative 5...I would ! I went in there last moment for my mom's funeral, while in town . . The First Lady sitting in the 2nd row to the left had the biggest "I hate the world " look on her face when we started so I should have gotten the clue then. I had taken off my nail tips just 5 weeks ago so my nails were stubs and I let her know why they were in bad condition. She literally laughed at the condition of my nails , laughed at my color selection(wanted a natural color), spoke her language to others pointing at my fingers ... keeping in mind I had explained that I was there for a funeral and was teary eyed the whole time . I asked the owner for someone else and ended up with a guy in front row. He was nice , still not a great job but I tipped him 40% just so I hoped he would say something to the chick in the back row !!! Ugh .. would never ever go back there !! read more

My sister got a fill, I got a manicure and mini pedicure and my 3- yr old Bruce got polish on her hands and feet. They charged $20 for polish for the three year old! The mini pedi was a waste of money. They put my feet in the water, did my cuticles and filed my toenails and polished. $19 for that. The manicure did not include a massage and I had to remind the technician to put a base coat on and there was not much attention paid to detail. My sisters fill was mostly a positive experience except the technician cut her and drew blood. I was unhappy with the experience and I am very disappointed with the quality. read more

Absolutely Horrible Experience, I was suppose to get a fill and 3 nails replaced. I'm new to the area thought the mall would be the best place to go. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! I was in the chair for an hour in a half after my pedicure that was about 30 minutes. I had to tell the guy at least 10 times square shape not round I had pictures I showed him and still I had to keep telling him. It was taking so long I was tired I told him I would paint them because at this point I was sore from sitting so long. Take a look at the Pictures. Boo. Boo. Boo. After telling them I haven't been in for awhile due to COVID and paid for the top notch most expensive deluxe pedicure I was asked if I went "barefoot a lot,". Excuse me? I was so embarrassed...I just paid $75 to be freaking insulted. Then they put one of my nails on crooked after 3 people also couldn't figure out if they could do Ombré" or not...But my bad...I was too hungry by the time I noticed and just left. No freaking way. If I could leave 0 stars I would. The most terrible experience.. the nail tech filed my toes at an angle and I asked if she could refile them straight. She told me they were straight to herald to sit back she has it. She painted my toes and the paint job was terrible. I asked her to take the paint off and repaint them because the paint job was uneven. She said it looked good to her. I asked her to please take the paint off. She took the paint off, I asked if she could use an actual file and file my nails straight. She began to aggressively file my toes and caused me pain. I told her that she was hurting me. She said, you said you want straight so I give you straight! (Yelling at me). I told her that I didn't appreciate the customer service and no longer wanted her to do my work. I attempted to get up out the chair and she began to grab at my feet and told me to sit down. I asked her not to touch me and I actually just wanted to pay half price and leave. The nail tech got in my face and told me she does good work and I will not talk about her work. I told her I just wanted to pay and leave and asked her to move from in front of me. She put her arm on my shoulder and told me to go sit and I will pay full price. I asked her to not touch me and to let me pay half price and leave. She then put her finger in my face and said that I was yelling at her and I'm mad. I never raised my voice at her. I told her I'm not mad and she was the one yelling at me and I just want to pay and leave. I walked around her to the cash register and she said she was calling the police. I told her she could call them. I had no intention on leaving without paying half price. I stood there as she began calling people and continued to yell at me. I asked another worker if I could speak with him instead of the nail tech because she was yelling at me. He looked at me and said nothing. I was still waiting at the cash register as the nail tech continued to yell she was calling the police and her boss because I refused to pay. I told the tech I would pay half price for the pedicure because I was leaving out of there with no polish on my toes and crooked nails. Finally, another tech said let her pay half. The total was $19. I gave her $20 in cash and she put her finger in my face and told me to get out. I asked for my $1 change and she threw it and continued to yell at me and told me never to come back and I am never allowed back in there. I told her that was no issue. My first and last time there. I do not recommend, they were rough and I payed for a deluxe pedicure and he didn't even lotion my feet after. When he was doing the pedicure he was too rough and made my toe bleed really bad. He also cut my hand. They charge way too much for terrible service. read more

Got my nails done today 1/14/18 and the tech was really nice and I had no wait. He was too drill happy though and made two cuticles bleed and the acrylic was glued to my skin under my nails; it was very messy and one nail has a bump, a dip, and another bump in it. Does not deserve a single star. Worst mani experience of my life. Went to get acrylics done and she shaved down my nail to the point where they were beet red because of how little nail there was left. My nails were sore for a week and were clearly inflamed. The French manicure looked disgusting. The shape of my nails were ridiculous and ugly. She kept acting like she knew what I wanted but she didn't. My nails are so weak now and there's a giant groove separating new nail growth and the manicured nail. They break with the slightest pressure or touch. They are flimsy and thin. It's been a MONTH like this. Can't wait for when my nails grow back. Literally can't believe how horrible U manicure was. read more

this place is horrible! the nail.techs are rude and very unprofessional. I went for.a pedicure and to.get my nails filled while i was pregnant, after being ignored for about 20 mins they filled my foot basin with scalding hot water, then emptied and filled it with cold water and allowed it to over flow because they were too busy gossiping. THEN when my nails were being done they made my cuticles bleed with the drill and were so.rough that even my fingertips were sore for days! worst nail service ive ever had in my life! Please do NOT waste your time getting your nails done at the business. The owner is very RUDE. I got my nails done on 7/16/2011 She ruined my nails. I asked for a simple fill in and a cut down with one nail needing to be fixed. They are SEVERAL different lengths and she made NO attempt to even them up. The fixed nail has a glob of acrylic on the side. When I talked to her about it, she instantly caught an attitude and rambled in her native language. She refused to do anything I asked her to do, and she is QUITE drill happy. She was rough with my nails, and filed them to the point that my nails are sore this morning. I REFUSED to pay for such horrible service, and I LEFT the salon in tears. I can't believe she is allowed to treat her customers like that and actually CHARGE them for such horrible service. I will NEVER AGAIN IN LIFE visit that nail shop. If I can't get to my regular shop, I just won't have my nails done on that day. read more
