I would give them no stars if I could. A groomer named Tiffany cut my 10 year old poodle down to where he had bare spots on his legs and back. when I addressed my concerns with the owner JC- he said that is how they do it. My dog never got that bad of a job done on him all his life. Very very dissatisfied. read more

Took my toy dog there for an ear cleaning and nail clipping. When I went to pick my dog up, my dog was in the same area as bigger dogs. I didn't think to let them know I'd prefer my dog to be in a kennel or place where other small toy dogs would be, just thought it would be nice if they would consider and normal for a company's to separate. Ears were not cleaned very well at all. I didn't notice until we got home and when I called back, the person on the phone just let me know that they couldn't go far into the ear canal. Clearly could see ears just weren't cleaned and felt like they were masking possibly forgetting to do so since I was charged. I don't like leave these bad reviews, this was my experience and because of the poor service and negligence, will not go back. read more

I have been taking my dog there for this is like the fourth time at this time was like no other Avenue girl there it took her 3 1/2 hours to do a 3 pound dog and when I picked up my dog she had when I called scan my dog she has no hair and she's a teacup Maltese in fact somebody thought that she was a poodle but I just recently been groomed I said no ma'am she has not her ears are uneven she smelled like dog shit put her in with some other dogs in the kennel in between which I was very upset about my dog has not been fixed yet spayed and the last thing I need is her to be put in with other dogs that should never happen my fiancé is so upset he said they made our dog look like a rat I had to buy her another sweater to keep her warm and keep a blanket around her at all times she shivers constantly I don't normally put stuff in places like this but this time I had to pass I called for the owner to call me back and he never did we paid $65 to have our dog done with my boyfriend calls it butchered we are very very unhappy and will not be taking a little Luna there again sincerely Rai read more

My dog Myssi visited Natural Paw as we were looking for a dog solon closer to the Smyrna area. She went for her monthly grooming of manicure and bath and the results were quite nice. Her nails were nice and short and her coat shiney and fragrant. The cost was a little cheaper than pet smart and the results exceeded our expectations. As of this writing no overnight kennel accommodations but daily doggie care available. Highly recommend! read more

I took my dog here, and it was the worst haircut she has ever received. I asked them to cut her hair down and trim her nails; the hair around her butt was barely cut, and her paws weren't cut down at all. Her "thumb" claws weren't even cut. They were shaved down along the side, and she was in danger of those claws growing into her skin when I finally noticed how poorly they were cared for. I also asked them to cut down the "sideburns" that had formed on her face from the hair; they didn't do that at all. All around the WORST grooming I've ever gotten in my entire life. The staff at Natural Paw are very polite and always willing to work with you and your schedule to get your dog groomed. My dog Vader uses a special shampoo and the staff does a great job with it. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get their dog groomed. read more

I was very disappointed in my pet's visit to this business since it came highly recommended to me. When I walked in the staff was less than friendly because it seemed as if they were under staffed. What I found unusual was that all of the dogs that were scheduled to be groomed that had already been completed had the run of the place in one big area together. I found this particularly odd since when I called to make my dog's appointment they didn't even ask if my dog had all of it's vaccines. I can't imagine a business would take the risk of dogs biting one another without even vetting them first to ensure they had all had the appropriate vaccines. I obviously requested that my older dog not be put into the group. When I came to pick my dog up the woman that came to greet me didn't even remember who my dog was, didn't remember what collar he had on, and was in the middle of grooming another smaller dog. When she went to get my dog the dog she was grooming jumped off of the table into the mosh pit of the other dogs that were loose. Thankfully none of the other dogs seemed to mind they were getting another member added to their pack so quickly. My dog's grooming was less than great. They forgot to cut one side of his face completely. There is so much that can go wrong being short staffed while you manage a business that serves animals and being reckless can only do harm. If the business was overwhelmed they should have cancelled some of the appointments they had and focused on quality not quantity. read more

Not only are they warm and welcoming when you arrive, but they do a very thorough job, even on my Great Pyrenees! They use the most modern grooming techniques, and my dog actually enjoys going there. After trying several groomers for both my large and small dog in the past, I have been using Natural Paw for several years now. My small dog is far from easy to deal with on the table. I have had a few groomers prior actually tell me she was impossible to successfully groom. Knowing how difficult both my dogs can be, it is very nice to deal with such a wonderful and pleasant staff who are always willing to accommodate my two obnoxious four legged kids.
