The home that was inspected was only about 1 year old, so I wasn't expecting to receive as thorough of a walkthrough of the home. However, I was pleasantly surprised with how detail oriented Andrew was with meticulously looking at every detail of the house from the roof to the basement, and even the attic. He was able to point out some subtle structural problems that I would never have been able to find myself. He took his time, after finishing the inspection, to walk us through everything that he noticed, while simultaneously showing us photos to help us better understand everything he talked about.
