Jon Rudolph did a fantastic job. Jon has a civil engineering degree and decades of experience, so we felt comfortable hiring him to inspect our new home in Erie, CO. He moved his calendar around to accommodate limited scheduling options under tight time constraints to help ensure we remained on track for our closing date. Jon walked us (the buyers) through the entire home to explain his findings, answered questions throughout, and then provided us with a comprehensive report summarizing the inspection results and including recommended actions (color coded to indicate immediate actions needed vs not as urgent or something to monitor). He also followed up in the weeks after the inspection to confirm that we understood the report and offered to make himself available to answer any questions (we did not have any because of the quality of the report). He explained not only the problems that he found, but went into detail about what those problems could mean to us as home buyers. What he discovered for us were thousands of dollars of repairs, electrical problems, plumbing problems, water damage, high radon and more.
