Something must be wrong with their system. They could find our referral. PCP refaxed immediately but they wouldn't see us. We weren't late. The front desk staff was extremely slow checking us in. They penciled me in at 11:30 with Traci, the Physicians Assistant, and were BEYOND courteous on the phone. I was pretty upset when they called them and they were so so so nice about it. I arrived early, so they got me in early. I was seen immediately by the extremely friendly staff and the PA. They LISTENED to everything I said and were able to accurately and quickly diagnose my five-time-misdiagnosed skin condition. This place is amazing. I'll never go anywhere else.

When my shipment arrived I was pleasantly pleased with each use and have been using the products since then. They don't use steroids, petroleum based ingredients, artificial fragrances/colorants, harmful synthetic ingredients or parabens which is a major plus for me. The lip balms have been life changing , especially in the Winter months when lips can become dry and cracked. The healing and moisturizing skin products are just as effective and phenomenal. When I made appointment to have an area of skin looked at, it was recommended a sample be sent to the laboratory to rule out any malignant cells. Never did Fairchild disclose scraping a chunk of skin out of me going to be in addition to the quoted $ 99 appointment quoted. Nor was it disclosed I would be looking at a $466 charge from the laboratory selected by Sage Dermatology. Beware of the non-integrity of this company. BEWARE - BEWARE - BEWARE. I would highly recommend if any of the doctors you use require any laboratory services with Summit Pathology, 5802 Wright Dr., Loveland, Co 80538, request another laboratory or doctor. I was charged for $130 for no other reason than the laboratory taking my sample submitted by my dermatologist and then another $120 for processing the sample submitted. In addition I was charged 2 charges for Stains. As soon as I started to question the charges on my bill they sent my balance to a collection company. This company is scandalous and if I were able to give a zero star I would. The public should be aware of companies who are there for nothing more than to screw you over and take you money. However, I felt like the Dr. only spent 5-10 mins with me, was rushing through the appointment, and even got up once as if he was about to leave when I was about to ask a question. While I get that he might've had a busy day, it didn't really feel like he was fully listening to my concerns, which was quite disappointing given the money I have to spend out of pocket towards my deductible ($100+ for what was a ~5-10 min appointment). I would suggest going elsewhere, especially if you're a student. Reception team was great, however!
