She gave me a different wig and I was thrilled! But within 4 months it started drying out and breaking! I washed it exactly how she showed me and even bought the shampoo she recommended! I reached out to her because I think there could be a manufacturer defect. She said there was nothing she could do! Really $1600 and a few months and it looks terrible. She was very patient with my wife and they tried on many wigs and decided on one that was perfect for my wife. As far as pricing goes, we had priced wigs at other places and Trish was competitive and also gave us a 20 percent discount. She also gave us a bunch of accessories she did not charge for. A week later we came back to see her and as promised, she trimmed the wig and shaped it and my wife liked it even more now. I found Trish to be very kind and informative. As I was walking around the store I noticed the taller gentleman paying particular attention to me. That was a red flag to me. I continue to walk along the aisles and I look over and I notice he is staring me down out of the corner of his eyes. Finally as I'm checking out they ask to see my ID to make sure that my credit card belonged to me. Interpret this as you may but I believe they assumed I would steal something or commit credit card fraud. This store is located in a low income neighborhood so I don't know if they have to be on guard because they encounter these things often but I didn't appreciate it.
