As an art store, there are already small aisles since the store is filled with displays. The customers that come in and out aren't the kindest people. There's pushing, shoving, and nonexistent boundaries. My only hope is for some sort of expansion so there's less exchanges of germs. As an avid collector, I'm still a fan and still adore this location. My only hint to visitors: park in the building next to Din Tai Fung for the easiest and quickest access to the store!

My little brother was playing with one of the Labubu hair products when an employee came up to him and said, "You've had enough fun. Let's not ruin the product." We understood and immediately stopped. After that, though, the employee kept following us around the store, which made us feel very uncomfortable. My brother eventually said, "You don't need to follow us around." The employee then mumbled, "Why don't you shut the f**k up." When my brother asked him what he said, the employee denied it and claimed he was just doing his job. He then asked where our parents were. I called my parents over, and as soon as they arrived, the employee ran into the employee room. When my parents asked about him, another employee claimed she didn't know who we were talking about. This was strange because we had just seen the two employees talking before he went into the back. Another customer who overheard the conversation said they only heard the employee tell my brother not to mess with the products, but that wasn't the issue. The problem was that he followed us around the store and, from what we heard, cursed at my younger brother. I don't know whether he was profiling us, being discriminatory, or simply being rude, but his behavior was completely unprofessional. There was no reason to follow us around the store or speak to a child that way. Customer service like this is unacceptable. For reference, the employee was an older man with a brown beard. Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name.

Lots of younger customers and couples vs adults in the store. No line out the door like before. I like the tinier version of labubus. I decided to add number 7 to my tiny collection. I wasn't aware of this so I drove a good 30 minutes down to the store in UTC just to be stopped at the front door saying there was a "line" which was quite ample to which I promptly left disappointed without the figurine I was hoping to get as a gift. Looking inside it didn't really seem that busy so it was definitely staffing issue related. Not sure why we're still working off of capacities in the big 26, either hire more workers or expand the size of your business if it cannot allow that many people to enter at one time. Won't waste my time coming back here until something changes.

The idea of having to keep buying boxes just to hopefully get the one you actually want? Yeah... that would drive me a little crazy. BUT... then I saw the Snow White piece. And wow. I'm obsessed. They had this huge Snow White art/toy display that completely pulled me in. Do I need to spend over $1,000 on a collectible art toy? Absolutely not. Do I want to? This is one of the better Popmarts that I have been to locally! This store is in the second floor…read moreof the Westfield Century CIty and it sits boldly in the corner. It is not hard to find as the window display of 400% Space Molly are displayed. I had to pick up an order that I placed online. If you don't want to be distracted with window shopping, you can check to see if this location has your item and you can simply pay for it at home and pick up your order. You just have to have the app downloaded so that you can give them the QRC code to pick it up. This place is fully stocked! I saw majority of the Popmart lines from SkullPanda, the Monsters, Hirono and Hacipupu to name a few. They even have a huge wall of Pop Beans but unfortunately they couldn't sell them because they ran out of jars and staff did not know when they were going to get a shipment. A few staff associates were on the floor and they are pretty friendly. They were helpful but they were not pushy. Overall, this was a great shopping experience. Glad to know that I can more likely pick up my purchase here than to wait a week for something to be delivered to me.

Despite its small size, this store boasts an impressive collection of blind boxes and adorable toy assortments. You'll find plenty of items from Pop Mart, perfect for collectors and toy enthusiasts. It's a delightful place to explore, and you never know what cute surprise you'll discover next. I think staff could be a bit friendlier, but I get it, it was late and nobody else was in the shop.. Also, the pricing on items seemed fair for most items. Highly recommended for anyone who loves unique and charming toys!
