The staff were watching their customers too closely, and the overall experience felt a bit cold. On top of that, the prices were noticeably higher, around $20 to $30, for each of their blind boxes. A whole set of blind boxes will set you back $250.00 to $350.00. For cute cheap plastic toys that are trendy and will end up in a landfill someday, these prices are way too much. Overall, it's a decent place to shop if you're after a wide variety of blind boxes, but the high prices and lackluster customer service make it hard to give more than three stars.

My little brother was playing with one of the Labubu hair products when an employee came up to him and said, "You've had enough fun. Let's not ruin the product." We understood and immediately stopped. After that, though, the employee kept following us around the store, which made us feel very uncomfortable. My brother eventually said, "You don't need to follow us around." The employee then mumbled, "Why don't you shut the f**k up." When my brother asked him what he said, the employee denied it and claimed he was just doing his job. He then asked where our parents were. I called my parents over, and as soon as they arrived, the employee ran into the employee room. When my parents asked about him, another employee claimed she didn't know who we were talking about. This was strange because we had just seen the two employees talking before he went into the back. Another customer who overheard the conversation said they only heard the employee tell my brother not to mess with the products, but that wasn't the issue. The problem was that he followed us around the store and, from what we heard, cursed at my younger brother. I don't know whether he was profiling us, being discriminatory, or simply being rude, but his behavior was completely unprofessional. There was no reason to follow us around the store or speak to a child that way. Customer service like this is unacceptable. For reference, the employee was an older man with a brown beard. Looking inside it didn't really seem that busy so it was definitely staffing issue related. Not sure why we're still working off of capacities in the big 26, either hire more workers or expand the size of your business if it cannot allow that many people to enter at one time. Won't waste my time coming back here until something changes.

It is not hard to find as the window display of 400% Space Molly are displayed. I had to pick up an order that I placed online. If you don't want to be distracted with window shopping, you can check to see if this location has your item and you can simply pay for it at home and pick up your order. You just have to have the app downloaded so that you can give them the QRC code to pick it up. This place is fully stocked! I saw majority of the Popmart lines from SkullPanda, the Monsters, Hirono and Hacipupu to name a few. They even have a huge wall of Pop Beans but unfortunately they couldn't sell them because they ran out of jars and staff did not know when they were going to get a shipment. A few staff associates were on the floor and they are pretty friendly. They were helpful but they were not pushy. Overall, this was a great shopping experience. Glad to know that I can more likely pick up my purchase here than to wait a week for something to be delivered to me.

I called just to make sure because other retailers always disappoint me with their inventory status being completely inaccurate from the website... (Barnes And Noble got my hopes up) The girl staff picked up my phone call immediately and answered my question kindly. When I got there, I was surprised and happy they even had a small table section promoting it! I wasn't going to pay $100 from reseller/scalpers for just one single item of this... I know some people actually pay that, since it's so hard to find. This place sold it at the actual fair manufacture price! But it was actually even better because I had no idea the store was also having a Christmas special $20 off for spending over $100 promotion! I was so lucky/perfect timing! I was able to get all the colors except the newest Jade one... Hopefully they get that too... If they do, I would come back for it. There's also a $5 off $50 that started on December 12 to 24. I didn't get the staff name working the Saturday night, but she was kind answering my questions. She told me they've been open for exactly one year now. I never knew about this place until now. So I walked around towards the back of the store and I see a SELECTION of cute characters for purchase... KID FRIENDLY: A+ Kids would love this place!!!
