This is one of the better Popmarts that I have been to locally! This store is in the second floor of the Westfield Century CIty and it sits boldly in the corner. It is not hard to find as the window display of 400% Space Molly are displayed. I had to pick up an order that I placed online. If you don't want to be distracted with window shopping, you can check to see if this location has your item and you can simply pay for it at home and pick up your order. You just have to have the app downloaded so that you can give them the QRC code to pick it up. This place is fully stocked! I saw majority of the Popmart lines from SkullPanda, the Monsters, Hirono and Hacipupu to name a few. They even have a huge wall of Pop Beans but unfortunately they couldn't sell them because they ran out of jars and staff did not know when they were going to get a shipment. A few staff associates were on the floor and they are pretty friendly. They were helpful but they were not pushy. Overall, this was a great shopping experience. Glad to know that I can more likely pick up my purchase here than to wait a week for something to be delivered to me. read more

Our last and final stop at Westfield Century City Mall... the famous Pop Mart! Funny, my previous visits at places where Pop Mart was present, I have never gone inside. But this time around, I decided to step in. I am not a fan of the Labubu collectibles. As much as I love to collect things, Labubu and I do not have any connection whatsoever. I find them oddly different compared to other collectibles. Anyway, my eldest daughter and I perused through this store for no more than 10 minutes. There were a few sections with pleasant looking dolls. At the end of our visit, I still don't see the intrigue and fascination in the Labubu collection. Just not my cup of doll! Nice Pop Mart store located on the second floor of Century Mall. The shop is brightly decorated and fun to browse, especially if you enjoy designer toys and blind boxes. You can pretty much find Pop Mart collectibles from A to Z here. They even had the 10th-anniversary Labubu collection, which was great to see in person. The only one I didn't spot in stock was the Hello Kitty Labubu collaboration. With so many designs and series on display, it's easy to get tempted. Instead of buying just one blind box, many people end up purchasing the entire case, and the total definitely adds up quickly. |[ a w f u l ]| I'm a huge labubu fan and like hundreds of others came for the drop 4/25/25-- I fully expected a mess but did not anticipate that they did not PLAN for the hundreds of people they were supposedly going to give out numbers to. :/ |[ n e v e r a g a i n ]| There was no line organizing/plan whatsoever, they got rly aggressive and shouted for people to leave the entire time (unfort people started lining up around 530am for the 6am drop), and they kept changing where the line was and tried to force the hundreds of people to leave the mall completely and line back up at 6am and when people did not they were threatening the crowd like little kids.... It was dystopian and the vibes at this store have always been mid but this level of hostility (on both the store and the crowd) was disappointing/embarrassing on both ends. I still empathize with the employees, but it was a crappy situation that also could've been prevented. Tragic. |[ e h ]| Were people messy? Yes, I understand that it was annoying but I mean there were no organized line or method for the crowd and with hundreds of people it was bound to go south. The store is super spacious, clean, and really well-organized--everything's easy to find, and the shelves were fully stocked, which was such a nice surprise. I came in specifically looking for the Crybaby "Crying for Love" series--especially the "I Love You Cherry Much" keychain plush--and was sooo excited to find it in store! I came to this location recently, and the experience was a complete turnaround. The current team is friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Everyone I interacted with was welcoming. I noticed the rude manager is no longer working at this location. The store felt much more positive and well managed, and it's clear that customer service is being taken seriously now. I love to look around this store when I'm at this plaza. The collections and the displays are always inviting--and frankly very tempting to make you want to purchase something. My boyfriend and I admittedly came back inside the store to buy "just one more blind box"... But in full defense, the products and items are just so cute!! You can rely on coming to this store to find a specific collection-- My boyfriend and I were searching for a specific one and drove to several Pop Mart vending machines in the past month to no avail. This store thankfully had not just the collection, but the packs where you can purchase 6-12 boxes in 1! We ended up walking out with more than what we planned.. Anyways, I wanted to express how the experience went with staff here. For the both times we paid, the cashiers looked very deadbeat/uninterested. I didn't even know that you could have an account for the store until the second cashier mumbled "do you have an account?" 'No..' and he carried on without offering if I wanted one or spoke about why I should make one (discounts? reward points? I never found out). I later came back to ask for a bag because I needed to put our bought items delicately because we opened them outside. I was a bit disappointed he just gave a plain small brown bag, which at most fits two boxes side by side. Looking around the mall, you could clearly see they had the wider colorful paper bags that say "Pop Mart" on them, but oh well. I was able to snag a Labubu online for in store pickup and came here to pick up with a friend. Parking can be a little confusing, but we made it to the store! This location was well organized and neat. It was nice to see everything out on display and my friend was fascinated by all the different available blind boxes. It is like visiting a fun museum or theme park, at least for me! I felt like a kid, wanting to run around. Most of the items are "blind boxes" of a particular series. You purchase it and can get one of several designs within that particular theme and character. I am sure this is basic news to collectors, but it took me a while to figure it out. I learned of so many characters here that are so fun and got a few Molly dolls. The staff is not obtrusive but will answer questions as needed. Looking forward to going back. read more

I have gone here twice both to pick up my online Labubu orders and both times the staff is so unwelcoming and rude. I'm not too phased by it but it seems to be a reoccurring issue. I am obsessed with Skullpandas the most and have no control. Despite poor customer service, this popmart location is my favorite because its alot more spacious compared to Glendale / South Coast and I think they display the items alot better in the display cases. I could look at the same series somewhere else but I am more inclined to buy it here than any other popmart and it could be the same items. They seem to restock frequently on certain things that may be previously sold out. I purchased a while set of the Snoopy series which wasnt there before. On my recent visit, they restocked labubus macaroon and has series at the popmart vending machine outside at a random time, so its definitely possible to get them at the store you would just have to be lucky or in the area because they don't release when or what time they do the restocks, pure luck. We always enjoy visiting Pop Mart in Century City. The store is clean, well-organized, and the staff are super friendly. We placed an order for in-store pickup, and it was ready the next day without any issues. The staff went above and beyond by letting us know there were only three Labubu Blind Boxes left in stock (limited to one per person). Plus, they had an awesome Christmas deal where you could get two blind boxes in one for $17.99--a great price considering typical Pop Mart prices! Came here when I was walking around the shops at century city and randomly decided to get myself a blind box, I was eyeing this feathery little guy and I ended up getting it! so lucky! I saw other people shaking the boxes and was wondering what they were doing and then I figured they were trying to hear the pieces inside to guess which character they'll get (probably still mostly by chance), I tried the same method and my idea was to just pick the heaviest box hoping to get a good one, and see if I could secretly hear the bell (no sound actually), luckily I got the one that I didn't expect and wanted :) guess it was a good day! read more

Just a display store for items you can't actually purchase. They have nothing in stock that's actually desirable, their online store is ravaged by bots, and the only way you're going to get a Labubu is resale. Also the staff are pretty out of it, and don't really want to interact with anyone. They are usually standing around staring blankly into space contemplating why they work there. I can understand though as they are probably bombarded by people asking for Labubu's all day. They don't even do in store releases anymore because people got too crazy and don't understand what a line is. Just try to collect something else and avoid the headache lol. read more

I tend to avoid this location because their parking fees after one hour are ridiculous. I came to pick up an online order and saw the employee stocking the vending machine outside so I decided to wait since there wasn't a line yet. It took an hour for the machine to be stocked and I watched the line grow and grow. When the employee finished stocking the machine, he handed out a piece of paper with a number to each person to limit one Labubu item per person, no matter which collection. He then stood at the machine to help with transactions. This was great, in my opinion, since so many people were trying to get Labubus. However, there were employees working in the store and they could've helped him with the ticketing process and manage the line. That way people could be warned in advance that the limit is one item and let them decide if it's worth waiting in line. It would've also expedited the process. Also, they don't tell people what's being stocked in the machine so everyone's just blindly waiting. The store pickup process worked as expected. I ordered the evening before and received the pickup notification email 15 minutes before store opening. read more

The Pop Mart craze is real... and this location is definitely central and in a well-traveled area of the Century City Mall, with it being a pretty big size as well! But because so many people have been getting into lots of different kinds of their products compared when it first opened where there was a lot of stock, now it seems like a lot of things are sold out and the inventory that they get is somewhat random. They used to have pretty consistent inventory stock days on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, but with some supply issues now they're getting things that are later than the online release and it could be weeks after the online release. The staff are pretty pleasant, but as you can imagine if they are going to be releasing things like the labubus, too many people come out for these types of events and it creates a pretty chaotic experience overall, just outside of the store. There is a Pop Mart vending machine just next to the store, but because that's also very popular many of the sought out items are often sold out just like in the store. All in all if you're not looking for the hottest items, they have a pretty good selection of other things that are rotating but you're almost better off trying to get what you want, especially if it's a new release by keeping tabs on the online calendar and then acting quickly when those items come out. Parking at the Century City mall also has gotten a lot harder since this is a very popular location and you'll typically pay a fee for anything over one hour. read more

My bf and I have been blind box collectors since before it blew up so now the lines are incredibly long and it's wild lol. We've been to this mall multiple times and haven't in a while so we decided to visit on a Saturday afternoon. Beautiful weather....which maybe wasn't so good because EVERYONE decided to go to the mall this day lol! It was incredibly packed and the parking structure was awful coming and leaving. Like the amount of people here was wild that day. We decided to drop by this location just to see if they had any of the same ones as the Glendale location and they were slightly different and basically sold out of the Fantastic Beasts and Naruto ones we typically get. We opted for the League one and Spiderman, decent pulls but probably not worth the $16.99 per box. Would've much rather gotten a Fantastic Beasts one! We exited the store through the side and noticed they were restocking the robo shop vending machine. I took a peek and saw that they had the Fantastic Beasts in there, oddly enough! Idk if they stock them with exclusives in there or how they sort it. But the young lady who was helping the restocker kind of had a bit of an attitude and yelled at me for "hovering" over them. I literally did not hover and only peeked in the machine as I was leaving the store. Felt rude honestly so we just walked away. Turned around and saw a HUGE line that wasn't there when we got there, just for the vending machine. They must've just released something new for the line to be that long and not sold inside the store? The whole roboshop thing is confusing and feels unnecessary if they have a store location. The Topanga mall only has a vending machine, no store, so I can see if that one had a long line, not this one. Super odd and the workers just seem stuck up here. I've been visiting this Popmart location for over a year and usually stop in a few times a month. Today was the first time I had a negative experience. One staff member followed me around the store as if I was stealing, which was unnecessary and unprofessional. I'm a regular customer and a grown adult -- that kind of treatment was surprising. Like a lot of other reviewers, I came to pop mart looking for Labubus. I had pretty low expectations after reading the reviews, but was pleasantly surprised when I came by on 4/26 around 3 pm. The staff had an effective system in place to organize the line and were really kind to customers. There were around three staff members solely dedicated to organizing those waiting outside of the store. The staff was up-front to people waiting in line that they were out of Big into Energy ones and only had Have a Seat, Labubu x Pronounce Wings of Fortune, and the Let's Checkmate labubu. I waited in line for a total of about 30 minutes and walked out with a whole set of Have a Seat and also a Labubu x Pronounce Wings of Fortune one. In one of LA's best malls, the Pop Mart store features some of the hottest toy figures around. I don't disagree with reviewers who discuss the icy customer service interactions. This place is quite busy and popular and a lot of the best things are sold out. If you ask staff, they'll quickly and bluntly confirm that they don't have any. "Hi yada yada, by any chance do you know when you guys restock or get new shipments for this?" The staff avoids eye contact with me, still continuing his tasks, and says flatly "No I dont know they always come randomly." "Okay." I remember I even made a face because I'm confused on why he seemed to be so rude and uncaring about it. He made it seem like I bothered him when all I asked was a simple question. Not once did he look over at me too. If it was me, I would at least try answering by saying oh I notice shipments come on these days, or maybe next week you should try this and that. This weekend I was at Century City Mall and a new shop had opened! Pop Mart is open and legit poppin'! It was full, tons of browsing to be done and I even saw kids begging their parents to take them in. It's incredibly appealing to the eye, that's for sure. I won't name any other competing pop figures in this review, but it gives that same vibe lol They do a lot of cute stuff here and apparently have stores all over. It seems like this is the first in LA though, yay! The store is so shiny and new, it looks just gorgeous and cute right now. Whether you're in for the toy collecting or playing, Pop Mart is there for the toy culture. Our daughter has been waiting for Pop Mart to open in Glendale Galleria, so this was an unexpected bonus during our visit to Century City Mall. She just about lost her mind when I pointed it out to her. It's bright, clean, very organized and eye-catching. Even if you don't get it (like me), you can't help but go in to look around. Our daughter spent quite some time browsing and deciding on which blind boxes to purchase. I arrived at 6AM for the Labubu Big Into Energy drop, only to witness chaos and disorder. Fights broke out among attendees, and there was no staff or police presence to manage the crowd or maintain any sort of line formation. Eventually, they decided to cancel the in person event, switch it to an online order only (great, now bots will have a field day), and remove everyone--without informing those of us who weren't near the front. The situation escalated to the point where police had to be called. This entire experience was incredibly disappointing and stressful. I drove an hour and 45 minutes just to be met with poor organization and a lack of communication. For this location specifically, the handling of the event was extremely unprofessional. This pop Mart is just amazing. The set up is gorgeous, but I will have to say the reason giving a three stars to simply because they are out of stock on a lot of stuff. The selection is huge, but not a lot of stock in that selection. The value price of everything seems fair, but the service is from the employees at the cash app was not as welcoming or open but everyone else helping out to find certain selections was very great. A lot of Lush toys were out. There's a lot of people in line. They are looking for the items that are sold out so just keep that in mind.
