Walking into POP MART feels like stepping into a world where everything is next-level adorable... and next-level expensive.Honestly, I'd hate to be a parent in here because every single item is tempting. It's one of those stores where you look around and think, "Okay, I don't need this... but I definitely want it."Now, I'll be real--the whole blind box/surprise box concept isn't really my thing. The idea of having to keep buying boxes just to hopefully get the one you actually want? Yeah... that would drive me a little crazy. BUT... then I saw the Snow White piece. And wow. I'm obsessed. They had this huge Snow White art/toy display that completely pulled me in. Do I need to spend over $1,000 on a collectible art toy? Absolutely not. Do I want to? Also yes.Luckily, they had a smaller version for around $300, which still feels like a splurge... but way more within reach (kind of ). I was shocked to see the Sweet Bean Christmas series because they're a little older and it's only June! I got a bunch of Dimoo blind boxes. I had wanted to visit a Popmart for a while and had the opportunity to this weekend. This store has tons of adorable figures and collectors items. The prices can be a bit steep for blind boxes but they are high quality. I grabbed a Skull Panda collaboration and got a character i liked. One odd thing is that they don't take cash so be aware. It's in a mall so there's lots ro see and parking can fill up fast. read more

Very good customer service. I found the collection I wanted at Pop mart Cerritos. There were so many collections this was an intentionally focused visit. One box was $27 and they take digital and no cash; so not a great value but I was getting this more myself. I can only imagine what people send trying to get an entire set. read more

This was my first time in a Pop Mart store. Only so many people allowed in the store at a time and they check your bag/receipt when leaving. Lots of selections besides Labubu's. Staff were friendly. I didn't mind buying retail price as I will have the excitement of opening them myself. read more

This POP MART ROBO SHOP is located in the food court of Los Cerritos Center in between a bunch of tables and chairs. I heard this one is usually restocked with more wanted, popular items compared to the one in front of Dick's Sporting Goods. When I went there, the line was long because there's a Let's Checkmate Labubu in the machine. The machine was needing equipment maintenance, and judging by other people's comments and videos on TikTok, this machine is constantly needing equipment maintenance. They seem to purposely stock a machine that breaks down often with highly wanted items. Unless you're looking for certain, hard to get, popular items, they are also at the POP MART ROBO SHOP in front of Dick's Sporting Goods. The one in front of Dick's Sporting Goods had practically everything in this same machine except the Let's Checkmate Labubu. read more

Swung by Cerritos for some shopping in the summer when I was visiting family and noticed that there was a Pop Mart Robo Shop! I was able to snag a HaciPupu Gummy Bear - yay! Unfortunately, no Labubus were available and they didn't have much variety of everything else. I was there around 11, so either people bought a lot before I got there or it hadn't been restocked yet. Everything ran smoothly when I bought the blind box and I was happy it wasn't a duplicate. I know Pop Mart Cerritos was scheduled to open soon (I would be back home, out of town), so I was sad to miss the grand opening. I am hoping this robo shop would continue to get a good amount of stock so I don't have to go inside the actual store as stores tend to get way too crowded and I would be way too tempted by everything. read more

After living under a rock and off social media for manyl months, my friend shared her struggles of getting her hands on Labubu and/or Crybaby keychains with me. When she showed me photos, I almost couldn't believe this was the latest craze, lol. Anyways, I saw that pop mart was available at the Cerritos mall, so made a quick trip inside to see if I could help a friend out. Of course what she wanted was not available (given they are hot items to begin with, with resellers on stockX charging hundreds for a keychain), so had to leave empty handed. The vending machine did not seem very intuitive as there was a girl trying make a purchase, but took a solid 10 minutes to figure out how to get the machine to take her money. Since she was young (maybe teen or early 20s), the machine may need better instructions. A bit relieved an older person like me didn't have to go through what she did. read more

Newly opened right next to Dick's Sporting Goods. Got there ten minutes before store opening on a Sunday and already a line but the line moves fast. Staff set up the lines so we're not running into other stores. They're efficient and organized just like the items inside. The selection is abundant and packaging for all the items are so cute. Blind boxes everywhere. Courteous, knowledgeable and attentive staff. Lots to select so hurry up and get in line! read more

I had read reviews that these were 24/7, well not anymore. The machines only operate during the hours of 10:00AM-9:00PM as listed. Don't plan on breaking into the mall early. Scalpers will get to the front of the line and buy out all the good stuff and then re-sell in the parking lot. Pretty sad. Good luck! read more

If you don't want dupes then good luck. They restock once someone takes one single box out. So you are bound to get a duplicate. I've asked if they can open a new box and they say no they can't. I don't find it fair at all. We spend lots of money on pop mart for them to just restock from under there shelves. read more

This is an easy way to get a LABUBU. I actually went to both Montebello and Arcadia. For some reason, Yelp does not have these 2 locations posted. Just get there early on the weekend before the machine operates, and you should be fine. I found out that they begin operating @ 10am on Sat and 11am on Sun. It's annoying that they don't post the operating hours on the machines. But I still prefer dealing with the machines instead of the chaos of the physical shops. read more

I think the popmart robo shop is very convenient. My only problem is the selection of ones you can get aren't always the best and are very small. The price is the same as a regular popmart store, just less options. The whole process is pretty fun honestly. The vending machine lights up with colors as you're getting your product. This is just a quick stop kind of thing but sometimes they won't have what you want. read more

I never write reviews but omg i went to popmart today and hilda was the best worker i have ever encountered. She was so sweet and nice and i went back multiple times to try to get the mystery plush i wanted and she was just so sweet to talk to. There was another girl employee working too, wasnt sure what her name was. But both workers were really amazing and the customer service was the best. I love them both and would 100% go back and experience opening a mystery box with them again. Thank u thank u thank u!!!!!and they had so many restocks on labubus too so it was even better.
