They had all of the tools and took their time to sand out the scratches and then buffed out the rest with rubbing compound and then gave me full wash and detail inside and out. His price was fair and documentation of services was thorough. Communication was fast and complete. In my first life, I was a car detailer and I am hard to please. Ben was beyond thorough. He took 2-days to paint correct my truck and half a day to coat it. It looks perfect; actually, better than perfect. His attention to detail is not lost only me. I've hired and paid so many Detailers to ceramic coat vehicles, I am experienced with what the typical service entails and am saddened by the lack of care/passion that's resulted from an abundance of detailers and the pressures of price competition. And why these car washes are going extinct! I got the Gold Wash which ended up being $43.99 with a military discount and add'l charge for the side of the truck - if I didn't know any better this is a scam, a rip off for the prices they offer! From the moment I exited my truck to when they were done with it was 15min tops! Windows didn't get cleaned, carpet was not fully vacuumed, and the interior was not even wiped down.
