There were many areas that seemed almost impossible to clean. I sent out a request around 10 pm and Melio's Mobile Detailing and Headlight Restoration was the first to respond. That alone already showed how responsive and professional they are. April spent about six hours carefully cleaning every single detail. She performed a clay bar iron decontamination and exterior wax and the results were honestly unbelievable. The car looks like it just came off the lot. She also went above and beyond by doing extra interior cleaning. Her attention to detail is rare and truly impressive. On top of everything they were incredibly thoughtful. After I dropped off my car in the morning they kindly gave me a ride home which made the entire experience stress free. This is real five star service. Renu did a fantastic job. These are exactly the kind of people I choose to give my business to. When I went to tip the mechanic, he told me to give it to his boss. His boss wouldn't accept, saying, "No, no, that's for him." In how many places do you see this kind of rapport between a company owner and their staff? Rare--and Renu is a rare place.
