I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment, and I was basically told they didn't have my appointment. The person who made the was off-site and didn't pass the information. I didn't mind waiting in the lobby as they were busy with other clients. After waiting about 10 min, a water bucket is brought into the lobby for me to put my feet in. I thought it was odd, but I've never been here and didn't know how they operate. The masseuse came out and did my massage in the lobby. It was a nice massage. No complaints there. The masseuse finished, and a woman who said she didn't have an appointment walked in. The woman was promptly told to go to room 2. I didn't think anything of it, as someone left while I was getting the massage. I asked where the restroom was, and I was quickly told I couldn't use the bathroom until I paid. Immediately taken aback, I said it wouldn't take me long to use the restroom as I had to come back through the lobby to leave. She said, "No pay first! We have customers waiting." I'm sure she realized I was visibly angry and tried to make small talk, asking how far along I was, etc. I paid, and she offered me water and asked for a tip. I declined and left to use the restroom at a neighboring business. I will never return to this establishment, and I will make sure to inform anyone coming here moving here or coming to TDY to Maxwell AFB to stay away from this place.

It's not a massage nor is the lady any good at what she does - Ella. It's a rub down over your body covered by a sheet. At no time did she stop for one second to massage any muscles. She massaged you like she would wash your car, flat handed and quickly. Not relaxing at all. Asked Ella several times to remove sheet, do a deep tissue massage, massage my problem areas neck and calf's; she just didn't know what to do or didn't care. I stopped at 30 min, then when I checked out she argued with me and then laughed when refused to give tip. Cashier didn't care and was condescending. Again manager made it right. Avoid this place.

I get the receipt to sign and wrote $0 as the tip, gave it back to her and proceeded to grab a few dollar bills I had in my purse to give to her. She then grabs the money and angrily puts it back in my purse and then had an attitude and was being short. I guess she wanted more than I was giving or nothing at all. I get needing or wanting tips, BUT if you want a decent tip, do more than the bare minimum. She was very ungrateful for the few dollars I was willing to give her because I didn't HAVE to offer her anything after the sorry service she provided. update (2 days later): i have these bites on my arm. that same spot was itchy right after i left this place. never going back!
