LeAnn at Peaceful Solutions is divine. Go, right now and book a massage with her. The atmosphere is accomomdating, the playlist is relaxing and she is very attuned to our bodies and how muscles and joints all work together. Recently, I had a bout with sciatica nad she was able to get it down to a level where I could walk and function. Along with my chiropractor, LeAnn has helped me get back to full function of my hips and legs. She is very accommodating with your schedule as well. I'm not certain how LeAnne ended up with a two star rating, but I've never had anything but stellar service here. I get a monthly deep tissue massage. It works out the knots in my muscles, clears my mind, and helps me hold onto my sanity. LeAnne customizes your massage based on your specific needs which can change between massages. I've been to a lot of places, and this place ranks near the top for me therapeutically. I use this service regularly and I'd highly recommend it. read more

Far From a Peaceful Solution. My intention with Yelp is to assist potential customers with honest reviews of my experiences. LeAnne responded to my 2014 review by sending me a personal message, in which she lectured me about her previous no-show clients and scolded me about my one star rating. I did not respond. She continued her reproach and addressed her disapproval of my review by creating two of her own reviews with an account under the name of "Beth." Again, I did not respond. Yelp deleted the contents of the reviews from "Beth," because she violated their terms of service. The reviews are currently listed under "not recommended." Now, three years later, her obiloquy continues with a comment, including a fabricated version of events, and character assassination, in an effort to discredit my review. One example of the lies is that she claimed I wanted a "free massage" after "missing" an appointment. I did not miss an appointment and I did not want a free massage. I arrived 10 minutes into my appointment. I did not like LeAnne's business practices and I did not want any future services from LeAnne, and definitely not anything free. I willingly lost money by not using the Groupon voucher I purchased in advance. I believe LeAnne's actions over the past several years, including her public and private lambasting on Yelp, speak volumes. No further comment will be made regarding this person or business. read more

I purchased gift certificates on Groupon for my husband for Christmas. He called to make an appointment based on the notes provided from Groupon to call. He was treated poorly on the phone and told to register online. From reading the other two reviews, this does not sound like the exception, but rather a typical experience. I can't say enough good things about this place. Ever since having my baby my back has been hurting and making daily life a bit harder. Luckily I made an appointment with Leanne and she was able to not only get me to relax but also addressed my pain. She is extremely knowledgeable and has different modalities and tools to help with pain relief. read more

I would highly recommend Crystal for your massage needs, she is very detailed and listened to my concerns before my session began. The overall facility was nice, with each therapist having their own room. Crystals room was very clean and the ambiance was just right for relaxation! The only reason I'm not giving this establishment 5 stars is because of my interaction with LeAnne before I came to my appointment and my conversation that I had with her when I arrived for my appointment. This business uses online booking, which leaves room for error when it comes to booking clients! I called and left a message and LeAnne was the therapist to call me back. She was not helpful with resolving the issue that I was having with booking the appointment. If I had not already purchased the Groupon deal I would have not booked an appointment at Peaceful Solutions. I was able to get another therapist, Crystal, and she will be my therapist in Montgomery for my massage needs. Also Mary was very sweet and understanding when I tried to book another time but could not make my appointment because of an emergency. I believe that LeAnne just needs to work on her customer service techniques over the phone and in person. I would suggest for a great massage and customer service book with Crystal. read more

Increadibly nice people, however the massage was not great. I mentioned twice that she was pulling my skin to the point of it hurting. It was not relaxing. I had purchased a 2 for one deal on groupon, but after the first session, I chose not to redeem the second. I would recommend going to another place for a massage. read more

I absolutely LOVE Susan at peaceful solutions. She not only cares for me as patient with specific, diagnosed needs, but as a friend as well. Dr. Jerry Kirby sent me to Peaceful Solutions and it has been an amazing experience from beginning to end. Susan is extremely professional and stays updated on all of the latest techniques. She tailors each session to my specific needs. She is compassionate, thoughtful and a true Christian caregiver. Her table is so comfortable that I want to sleep on it.
