Einat, the owner, is very responsive and clearly cares about both her customers and her employees--and it shows in the quality of their service. Charlie typically had the same walkers at the same time each week. They were all professional, caring, attentive, and TRUE dog lovers! I loved Strut the Pup's daily walk reports and photos, which gave me peace of mind knowing he was being well taken care of while I was at work. On a few occasions when I was working from home, I watched as his regular walker arrived--Charlie would be waiting at the window and greeted them with full-body wags every time. When Charlie's hips started bothering him as he got older, the team helped me adjust his walks so he could continue enjoying his outdoor adventures. Sadly, Charlie has since passed, but I've saved many of the walk-report photos his walkers took (like this one), and they remain some of my favorite pictures of him. Nola rescued me when she arrived at Seatac (from a Texas shelter) back in 2013. It was obvious from the start that my sensitive girl had been through some tough times and I was going to need some help in figuring things out. Sharon was incredible, right from the start! She taught me how to be patient and understand Nola's behavior... and most importantly, how to react and 'check' my own behavior. Sharon taught me so much in such a short period of time. I think this is because there wasn't a consistent, calm pack leader...Max is exactly that. As soon as she started working with Max, I could tell she ABSOLUTELY loved him! Every time he comes to pick her up and take her to the dog park, she wags her tail, jumps higher than I even knew possible, and doesn't look back. She is incredibly comfortable with him and is always tired and happy when she gets back home. Not only has Max been accommodating and flexible, but he has also been a super supportive dog expert who has helped me with different things that have come up with my dog, whether it's concerning behaviors or even tips on grooming, etc. He truly cares about his dogs and will do whatever it takes to ensure their wellbeing. This kind of care is exactly what I have been looking for ever since I got my pup! On another note, I have personally seen Max at the dog park while there with his dog packs and he is super aware of doggy dynamics and knows exactly how to interact when dogs begin fighting or getting aggressive. My wife and I was looking for someone to take care of our 2 kids, a Siberian Husky and a Maltese, and have them join us for our wedding ceremony and Shelby from Keeping Up with Jack was the ONLY person who was willing to do that. We met Shelby to discuss the general flow, what we wanted and how she could help us. She also attended our wedding rehearsal to get to know the venue. I could thank Shelby enough for doing this for us because being able to have our 2 dogs joining us on our wedding day was simply priceless! While we were trying to take photos with our dogs after the ceremony, they were distracted by all the people around them and were not looking at the camera. Shelby improvised and got them to pay attention to her while she was standing behind our photographer. That got us some wonderful shots with our 2 dogs.
