I am a difficult person to please so believe me when I tell you I am blown away!!!! My wedding pictures came out phenomenal. Me and my wife are so incredibly happy with them. We got 800 pictures on a usb drive and they were all so good that it took us about 12 hours of looking at the computer trying to narrow down which ones we would put on Facebook. We just picked up our albums, proofs, and enlargements. We absolutely love everything. We were referred to The Perfect Image by a friend and are very happy we went with them. At our first meeting Vladi, the owner, went over all the packages and showed us samples. We discussed what we wanted and decided to go with them. Given his experience it was easy to get all the traditional pictures we wanted as well as some great action shots. During our wedding Vladi was very professional and easy to work with, we got great shots from the entire day. Vladi was very ogranized and kept us on track so we and our family/wedding party would not miss a lot of time at our reception. He had some great ideas for photos that we never would have thought of, but definately worked well. As far as the quality of the shots, I can not say enough. He captured the beauty of the people and the scenery. When we were in his office I noticed a picture of our Church on the wall and got even more excited to see our photos. My wedding date was 10/25/14. My husband and I Couldn't of been happier with the photo's and video. The quality is superb, Mike did our wedding and he was great. My mother in law called 3 days before the wedding and requested a videographer and Vladi accommodated her on such short notice. Vladi is great to work with he will work within your budget and put together a great package. When I read the review prior to mine from Joe s. 10/09/10 I was shocked, he must be blind and dumb because our photo's and video came out perfect. By the way, we got the video back from the Perfect Image and it is awful as well. The video misses many important moments and Perfect Image did not take video the way we had planned. Again, I called the owner and this time he refused to talk and referred us to his attorney. We asked for uncut footage hoping we could have a professional fix the video, but Vladi felt he needed a lawyer to handle his affairs. Do businesses who do quality work need a lawyer to handle their customers? Zero stars is not an option on Yelp. read more

I was a naive bride and this place totally sucked me in. Our wedding was last fall. Our photographer was very nice but I was not satisfied with the quality of our photos. For $3000, I expected some photos to be touched up, clear, they were supposed to woo me. None of them were, not even cropped. We got our digital proofs and our wedding album (that I put together). That's out about it. You do not meet the photographer before hand, like I thought I would. He was supposed to call and talk about what kind of photos we wanted but I only got a voicemail. I'm not blaming the perfect image completely because I should have done my research but I figured they knew what they were doing. read more

The Perfect Image studio was perfect for our wedding. We were not only happy with the price, but also the professionalism and direction of our photographers. We received the perfect amount direction from the photographers and the photos came out amazingly well. I took a photography class in college and I believe based on my limited experience that the photos were edited outstandingly. I was upset at the other reviews because we did not have one issue and we received over 900 photos. The photographers went above and beyond capturing shots of the Boston Marathon finish line as well as various public location shots. They even did some amazing back flash work. Additionally, they asked if we wanted them to stay later and of course we did. Top notch company to work with, communication was great, the owner is very personable and friendly. I'm floored by the lack of regard for the customer. I can only say that I wish I went somewhere else in the future. Vladi was absolutely amazing to work with. First, he shot my engagement photos in November 2014. We were in the Seaport area in Boston, on an extremely windy and freezing day. I believe it snowed and rained. Vladi still captured the most unreal pictures. Moving forward 2 years to October, 29 2016, Vladi photographed my wedding. He literally made my photography dreams come true. He made sure we got every photo we wanted and had clever and creative ideas. The passion he has for his work is phenomenal. There was a photo I really wanted, but wasn't sure if we had enough time and he said, "It's your day, lets do it!" He was just so enthusiastic and his energy was contagious. This review is long overdue! We used Perfect Image for our wedding in October. We got married in Boston and our wedding was a bit chaotic travel wise for anyone we hired. Our videographer, Sean, was unbelievably inconspicuous, and took our video with us barely knowing he was present. Our video came out gorgeous. The editing was incredibly unique, and we loved that we were able to pick our own background songs for the video! The price was so reasonable for the extended time and footage we were given. The videographer stayed right until the end. I am horrified to see negative reviews of this company! Vladi, the Owner, was extremely nice and easy to work with! We received 3 copies of our video, which was great. This company deserves 5 stars all around for their price, professionalism, and personality! 2 thumbs up from a very satisfied bride!!
