Reached out to this company via text to schedule an appt to have them inspect my pool pump which had stopped working. Brandon replied promptly asking for pictures and a description of what was happening when I turned on the pump. Brandon then sent a quote for $600 for pool pump repair and $750 for filter sand exchange. When I questioned how he could diagnose and quote a cost without actually looking at the pump, he stated he was going off what I told him and the video I sent. He then asked for more photos and attempted to confirm a date to come out. I told him I wasn't comfortable with this method of hiring a contractor and would much rather have a technician come out, INSPECT the problem and be available for questions. He said he understood and I didn't hear from him again. Turns out the actual repair involved replacing the O ring and tightening loose screws which was MUCH less than the sky high quote he provided. I was a fan up until they left me in a bind. I had sent a text last week to have them come out and check my pool pump, it was going out. Received a text from Brandon, he would be out the following Monday, ok great. Monday rolls around , no one shows, text him again at 12:09 pm, no responce, sent another at 6:09 pm , another 45 minutes finally got a response, now keep in mind I told him we were having a cook-out on Saturday, a bunch of people are going to be ready for the pool. He had asked for pictures of the pump, I sent them, quoted 785.00 for a new pump including labor, i agreed, said it could be done within 2 days, ok lets do it, it is what it is. Said Wednesday around 11:00, cool plenty of time to clean the pool good after not running the pump and filter for a few days. Git a text from Brandon, he said the pump wasn't going to be in till 4:00, I didn't like the excuse, but it is what it is. Said he would be out first thing Thursday morning to install it, at this time i sweating bullets, its to lat to cancel the party. Thursday morning comes and goes, no one shows up, I call and leave a message, then text him, sent 3 texts before I get a reply, he canceled on me, left me hanging, said he was too busy, wth is that about. Ive spent 4500 00 or so with them and this is how you treat a customer, I know it dosen't matter to you but I will never spend another cent with them. Unprofessional, unaccountable and no integrity! It took 2 months to do a liner replacement. No scheduling...no appointments...they just show up when they feel like it. I contacted the owner, Brandon, to discuss issues I was having during the liner install. He agreed to meet with me...and never did. I then sent him photos of the cigarette butts left around my pool deck by his employees...I didn't even get an apology. I was told by Brandon after the 2nd drain, liner reset and water refill, that he would come balance the water "for my trouble"...he never showed up. Now I am out of pocket twice for chemical balancing because they didn't get the install right the first time. Love my liner...do NOT recommend the company...I will go elsewhere for my future needs... read more

We recently bought a house with an in ground saltwater pool and had no clue how to use it! After being stood up by the creators of our pool, we were advised to call Anthony and his company. The staff were so friendly and available to no only open our pool, but show us how to use it for free! The other company wanted to charge us over $200 to show us how to use our own equipment!! So glad the other company stood us up because A Perfect Pool was so much easier, more affordable, and helped us with all of our needs for our pool! read more

I am very dissatisfied with the service I received from this company. I had an agreement with them to do monthly pool maintenance. They recommended a sand filter change. We agreed on $275. They came to do the change and told me not to turn it on until next day. When I did- pipes were leaking. I immediately texted and sent pics. It took 5 days for them to come back. They put glue on that leaked the next day. I sent pics and was ignored for 3 days and then 3 more days for them to come out and put some sort of glue again and it leaked the next day AGAIN. Now they say 2 more days! They claim the pipe had nothing to do with the sand change when they were there. I SAW him scrape the pipes when he did the job. AND the sand filter tank is now making noise and shaking! I have been charged $380 for this and it's not fixed right and no explanation of charges. When I kept asking for it to be fixed correctly they said it's an easy fix, but were too busy to Come back in a timely bases. Or at least call back in a timely manner and try and trouble shoot this to make sure I was satisfied with the work or stop the leak. Instead of waiting another two days, I have to resort to calling another pool company to fix the sand filter and leak! Very disappointed. Done and done and NOT a perfect pool. read more
