LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! I was initially looking for a mobile grooming van but my searches kept coming up short. A fellow volunteer for this rescue told me about this place. Crazy enough it is next to my favorite Italian ice place and I never noticed it! I called and was able to make an appointment for the next day for my big baby. I dropped her off on my way to run errands and picked her up about an hour or so later. She looked so good and was so happy! That simply melted my heart that she felt safe. My big girl received a bath, descending treatment and a flea treatment. She looked so cute with her little purple bandana! Thank you very much for taking such good care of my Lotus! Posted a negative review of this business 2 years ago and just received a response from the owner. I don't know who this owner has me confused with but there is NO WAY my dog could even have matting to be groomed incorrectly. I have a short hair Dutch shepherd aka Belgian Malinois, there hair doesn't grow long enough to mat. I only requested them to lightly shave her under belly. This just goes to show the level of detail or lack there of this business provides; responding to a review 2 years later and not even getting the dog right. Have never been back and would never go back. I do not recommend this business to anyone. read more

Terrible. I tried finding a new groomer closer to home since I just moved to Pines. They did an awful job. My dog doesn't even look like herself. Her hair is completely uneven, and they didn't even listen to my request for a "puppy cut". They shaved her completely (even her face, which nobody has ever done) and the poor thing has to walk around like this for weeks. She was terrified walking in - which at our old salon in West Miami (Ace Grooming, I highly recommend them) she never had that reaction. On the contrary, she was always happy walking in. I'll have to make the drive back there because I'm never bringing back here. On another note, I was the first appointment today. They were still closed. I walked in at the same time as the owner (or whoever opens up shop on Saturdays). She walked by us, didn't even hold the door open, walked to the back and didn't come out for 5 minutes. Not even a "good morning I'll be right with you" which was SUPER rude considering she walked in right before me and I was the only person there. Just terrible. If you see the photo, you can tell how uneven the hair is on her paws. Her entire body looks the same way. read more

My dog got the nicest haircut here and none of his many moles were cut or bleeding like they usually are after a buzz. The ladies were nice and let me know that they were busy so I had time to run errands and come back and get my clean and perfumed pet. After a long search I finally found a place that both me and my baby feel comfortable. little harley Quinn had and experience that scarred our lives forever...a mobile groomer would come by and groom her and her fear we took as a sign of " just being nervous". one day the mobile groomer took her In only to bring her back out of the truck covered in blood saying " she moved and the shears nicked her" mortified we found that under her little arm she required 6 stitches antibiotics and the truck feld the scene leaving us with hospital bills and guilt. we were groomer her ourselves until her shih tzu fur was just to much to handle and we tried it again. this time at pet smart reputable right? WRONG some how they scratched her cornea and had to cover all the hosptial bills and medication we were through! never again until we were recommend to this salon. nervous at first I walked in and the place was adorable but one thought of leaving my baby in another person's hands left me terrified and I ran out the door. I was called back by the owner Beysey who I explained the situation to and she told me "come back...it's not about the money it's about the dogs safety" this made me reschedule an appt....the staff here was AMAZING to say the least they allowed me to see the room and I was able to watch my baby from the window with no frustration noted what'd so ever from the friendly staff. it took everything in my power to walk away so thag they could finish due to the fact Harley could see me and all she wanted to do was jump off the table lol ! she was finished in an hour and ran out happy as the day is long I could tell by her behavior we finally found the right place and I will be forever great full. she did not tremble once in the owners hands nor with Rosa who was her primary groomer THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH WE LOVE YOU and for your understanding and kindness know that animals don't talk and that we are there voices xoxoxo see you in 4 weeks !!!! love neezy and harley read more

DONOT COME HERE!!! STAPH INFECTION. I thought this place was great at first..owner seemed nice and professional. Brought my cat to get groomed and just a week later....I noticed scabs with blood and pus forming on my cats skin. It didn't look normal and I was concerned. I took my cat to the vet and it was confirmed that he contracted a staph infection. $100 later, I called Daisy the owner, to inform her that my indoor cat was sick due to this staph infection contracted from the grooming. She kept repeating over and over that they clean their tools and did not even express any sympathy towards me or my cats skin infection. She is the owner and its sad that she couldnt refund my money due to their neglectful process in grooming my cat. I wanted to be reimbursed oy for his medications which cost $48.00 and she did nothing to make me comfortable or at ease. Instead, she was only concerned about her business losing money. I will never return here again. This is an honest and truthful review. read more

My dog was given to me with a red swollen busted eye!! They called to inform me he was ready but failed to tell me he was injured. & I did NOT GET WHAT I ASKED FOR. 1/2 inch of air left on him- there was 3 inches left on him Do not cut tail- tail was cut He was wet & I had to wait 10 min before they brought him out. This is horrible, it was my first time there, she offered a free cut lol never will u damage my dog again!!! I'm so upset! read more
