Ok now I'm a Ritz Carlton and Westin baby...low and behold.........This is not that. No granite, no stainless steel appliances, no expensive complementary toiletries. Leave bourgeoisie at home! Nevertheless a clean, safe, direct ocean front with balcony two bed two bath, with all the essentials of home is perfect for a weeks vacation with my daughter. Day one beach pool jacuzzi and extraordinary seafood ...day two raping Tanger Outlets then extraordinary seafood. We'll see what the next few days encompass...I'm guessing seafood will find a way into the equation. My daughter is 13, families with small children FYI there is no tub in either bathroom . That would have been a deal breaker for me when my babies were little. Nine minutes from Tanger Outlets five minutes from broadway at the beach.

We stayed here for 4 nights right before Memorial Day weekend with my husband, our 19-month-old…read moreson, and my sister (who helped with occasional babysitting). We ended up loving it so much that we decided to extend our stay for an extra night. The location was honestly perfect. There was a Walmart nearby, the boardwalk and boardwalk mall were close, and there were plenty of restaurants within a short distance. The beach access was in a great spot, and the entire area felt very clean and safe. The outside pool area was modern, well maintained, and very inviting. The breakfast advertised in the lobby definitely lived up to expectations. Every morning there was a fresh breakfast along with a fun waffle-making station, which we really enjoyed. The staff throughout the hotel were extremely friendly and welcoming. There was also a restaurant on the main floor with a great atmosphere, and the food was very good. There were only two downsides during our stay. The kids' splash pad -- one of the main reasons we booked this hotel -- was unfortunately out of service the entire time due to needing a new pump. We understood that these things happen. The other issue was that the rugs in the room did not seem very clean. We ended up keeping our shoes on in the room, so it wasn't a huge issue for us personally. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely book this hotel again

Lots of seating, fun accommodations for children, and pool towel rentals are also available. Direct access from the pool to the beach. Loved there was a spot to rinse off the sand from beach upon entering the pool area. One of the staff members gave great restaurant recommendations. Now, the bad. You have to pay for parking. It was additional $60 for 2 nights, but through a QRC code, not on your hotel bill. There was an extra $100 (exact) tacked onto my bill after checking in. Nobody told me where this $100 came from. So, I'm now assuming a security deposit? Will it be refunded when I check out? I asked 2 different representatives, and nobody directly told me what it was for. (Edit: it was refunded, but I wished somebody said so) I would have cancelled, but was not in a position to find another hotel. The a/c unit barely worked. We were sweating during the night. The paint on the ceiling above my shower was peeling off. That's in the video I posted. We were on the 4th floor, and had to go to the 3rd for ice. It would have been nice to know that as well. We were given a wristband to wear for use of the amenities, but nobody was wearing them, and nobody was checking for them either. Overall, I won't be staying here again.

This one was the exception! Right on the beach with amazing ocean front room. We could see the ocean from our bed. Very private, the balconies were shielded from the neighbors and even the pools below could only see us if we were out on the balcony. The views were quite stunning! In addition, the pools were nice plus you have multiple pools to choose from. In the evening, the 2nd floor patio with fire pit was great to hang out and relax. Parking is directly across the street in the parking garage. Very quick and easy to get to. Starbucks across the street as well. Highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again!

Check in was a breeze. Staff was super friendly. This hotel is located in a great spot...within walking distance to lots of eateries and direct access to the beach. All of the rooms have ocean views. Initially I thought the bed position was weird but I quickly appreciated waking up to views of the beach and ocean. Everything was clean and well appointed in our king room. My only complaint is that the towels were pretty bad and extremely thin, more so than any other hotel I've visited. We went to the bar on the second floor to people watch. It's a cute spot and has access to outdoor seating with a view and fire pits. Our drinks were just "ok"...I've never had ice in a French 75 and my husband's old fashioned was made with crushed ice and not a ball or large cube which was odd. There is ample parking in the deck across the street. Overall, a nice stay!

This prevents nighttime goons from just walking in and wandering or using the restroom. They have a full service restaurant and bar (Coconut Charlies) in the lobby area. They have inside/outside seating for the restaurant. Restaurant is spacious. There's a game room next to the restaurant for kids to go play. The Libby has nice gifts/souvenirs. There's an ice cream shop directly attached beside the hotel next to valet parking. The bad: the valet line is extremely unorganized. We waited in the line for a long time to get loaded and checked in due to the valet line and the same as when we checked out the hotel. Cars were sitting in the streets trying to get in. Unoccupied cars just parked. No urgency at all. Housekeeping could do a better job at cleaning the rooms. Touch up painting is needed in the rooms. The outside tables/chairs for our room had to be cleaned. Leftovers from food were dried up on the tables/chairs on the balcony. The carpet in the room needs vacuuming. They didn't give us enough towels for 3 occupants. The indoor sauna and pool area needs deep cleaning. It's dirty. The restaurant's menu has limited food options and a couple of the waffle makers were broken during a mad breakfast crowd.

Now the bad: there's no jumping allowed into the pool?? Like. What?! Insane rule. The pool is also dumpy and frequently closed along with one of the slides. No towels or chairs for the beach. You have to pay for chairs even if you're staying at the hotel. Only one rinse shower for after the beach, with frequently long lines. The beds are very uncomfortable as are the linens, which were scratchy. TLDR; will not be staying there again.

I really wanted to like this place, but it ended up being one of the strangest hotel/resort…read moreexperiences I've had. The check-in process started things off on the wrong foot. Even though I completed all of the online pre-registration beforehand, I had to repeat the entire process at the front desk because they couldn't find any record of it. The line was long, instructions were minimal, and parking was confusing. Both towers park in the Indigo garage, and you have to use the third-floor walkway to get to the other tower--information that wasn't clearly explained. The room itself was the biggest disappointment. The layout is incredibly long and narrow and honestly just... odd. The master bedroom shares a wall with the public hallway, and because we were close to the elevator, we heard people talking at all hours. It felt more like sleeping in a hallway than a bedroom. The furnishings are badly overdue for an update. The furniture feels worn out, the closet door came off its track when opened, the master sink barely drained, the safe battery was dead (maintenance had to replace it), and the sheets felt like sandpaper. There were no USB charging ports or convenient outlets like you find in just about every hotel these days. The "kitchen" is really just a mini fridge (without a freezer), microwave, sink, toaster, coffee maker, and blender. Then the layout gets even stranger. The living room has a sofa bed, but there were no pillows and only one set of sheets stored in the master closet. Meanwhile, the second bathroom connected to the living room is enormous--with dual vanities, a huge shower, and a Jacuzzi tub--while the master bathroom is the size of a basic Holiday Inn bathroom. The whole setup feels backwards. The ocean and pool view was beautiful, but the room itself felt like a design that never figured out what it wanted to be. One of my biggest frustrations was the housekeeping policy. We were charged a daily housekeeping fee (nearly $30 per day), yet the paperwork says they don't actually provide housekeeping. The first two days no one even came until I called. When they finally did, they simply emptied the trash and left a couple of clean towels on the counter. Charging a daily housekeeping fee without providing daily housekeeping feels misleading. To top it off, the only proactive phone call we received during our stay wasn't to see if everything was okay--it was someone trying to sell us a "timeshare". There are also no ice machines in the tower and no front desk staff nearby if you need assistance, so every issue requires contacting the separate check-in building. For the price we paid (roughly $500+ per night after resort fees, housekeeping fees, marketing fees, and taxes), I expected a much more polished experience. Instead, it felt dated, confusing, and overpriced. The ocean view was lovely, but unfortunately that wasn't enough to make up for everything else. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it.
