The faucet was learking. The serviceman was there a total of 3 hours. They charged me $2100 for 3 hours of work! How can they justify $700 for an hourly rate? This is totally ridiciulous for having a faucet put into a bathtub and 3 hours of work. This was not on the weekend not was it at night or a holiday. What plumbing service also chages $700 an hour? They did some work I asked for and I was pleased with what they did, until their repairs caused issues. The plumber cut the air pipe vent going out the roof leaving air trapped in the pipe. Now when the washing machine empties the pipe gurgles and backs up into the sink and dishwasher. I've had them back twice. The first time I was told it was because my pipes were draining slow as they were not angled correctly and my main line from house to street was damaged. I do live in an older home so stupid me bought this. I was quoted $24,000 for the work. The outside main line was dug up and replaced but the inside work was not done completely. None of the pipe inside was replaced and done as quoted. The main stack in the basement, about seven feet was replaced. They threw in a "free" toilet too. When the supervisor came to my home after I complained he offered to repair my yard and the hole they left in the ceiling. I pushed back and showed him where the pipes were not replaced and where they failed to install the bolts on the free toilet. He did finally say he would give me a refund. Which he did but then added an additional $2,000 to the financed amount. The $4,000 refund equaled to about $2,000. Not even a quarter of the charges. I talked to the guy that dug up my main line and inspected the pipe. There was nothing wrong with the pipe. They have been back twice and replaced about 10 feet of pipe from the sink and put a valve in to stop the water from backing up. Guess what..It still gurgles up into my sink and dishwasher. I've asked to have the air pipe reattached but they refuse to do it. I was told it would work in theory but the work they did do was right. I was lied to. I was taken advantage of. Now I'm paying for it. Don't trust this company. Don't be like me!!!!
