We were without kitchen lights for 3 days bcs they failed on a Friday afternoon. Joe Radle is the best. This company will do everything in their power to get to the customer as quickly as possible and we don't need a second mortgage to pay the bill. It turns out 3 light switches to the kitchen were all affected and all 3 failed. Radle was able to fit me in the same day as I called, which is rare for any decent electrician, bcs they finished a job earlier then expected. Paid less then a months electric bill and had all 3 switches replaced. Radle Electric is on time, accurate with their diagnosis of the problem without wasting your time, respectable, kind, and always smiling. I trust all my in home electrical to Radle Electric. On time all the time with care and smiling faces. Thank you Radle.

After more investigation found out that the new company going through multiple neighborhoods in the area doing Go Fiber installation had nicked our power line underneath the ground. I prefer mom and pop shops to chain stores. Sometimes it's a bit busy in there, but you do get very personalized attention. I took 2 lamps to be repaired there and they charged me only $20 apiece. I also took a chandelier to have some work done and get cleaned up, and they did a beautiful job at a very fair price. It was far less than I expected. I needed a light for a powder room and was trying to decide on a couple. They took down the display models, wired them so I could plug them into an outlet, and let me take them home to check them out in my bathroom. They didn't charge me anything to do so! It's a good thing I did take them home, because the one I thought I preferred would nit work out there. So it was good I had the back up. That one also happened to be on sale, and I got a much better price than I expected. I bought a ceiling fan as well. Upon installing it, the motor wasn't working properly. The store ordered another to replace it. Again, they were very helpful and offered to replace it immediately.
