They put an additive in the oil tank to get rid of impurities; they scraped out the exhaust pipe, they noticed some moisture in a copper pipe leading to the air circulator and removed the insulation and explained that the insulation on that short run of pipe was corroding the pipe and should be left off. They caulked the nuts holding the exhaust flue. NO OTHER SERVICE PEOPLE HAVE DONE ANY OF THOSE THINGS!
