Upgrading to 5 stars. After placing an online order today, I…read morerecieved an email saying 3 items had been cancelled for no reason. I called customer service and spoke with Emmanuel about the problem. After a few minutes to find out what had happened, He placed another order for the 3 items that had been cancelled with an additional discount on top of the one I had already recieved, plus free overnight shipping. He also noted my account and made sure I was to recieve a $50 off coupon on my next order that I was suspose to recieve for placing my original order. With customer service like that, I will continue to use Advance Auto Parts over all of the other auto parts stores. Thanks again, Advance for the great customer service!!

By the time he walked to the computer, about 10 feet away he said and I quote "Give me the information on the vehicle again because I don't remember what you just told me" Really?? You forgot in just 10 feet?? He looks the part number up in the computer a disappears to find it. After a lengthy search he come back and says he can't find it even though they are suppose to have 2 in stock. His co-worker then joins the search and leaves the front unattended while other customers are waiting. One guy gets tired of waiting and just throws his money on the counter for his coolant and walks out. Finally both return from the back saying they can't find it and start looking at the computer again. I told them I didn't have all day to wait on them to find a part they were suppose to have two of in stock and walked out. It's getting to the point I would rather order on line and have it shipped to my house than waste my time and gas dealing with the incompetence of these employees that more than likely have little to no automotive parts knowledge to begin with.
