He explained the engine light was on because the motor oil was low and Vw are sensitive to having low motor oil. He said he changed the oil and reset the engine light. Within two days the engine light came back on. I took the car to a different mechanic. The mechanic successfully diagnosed and repaired the problem. This mechanic doesn't even specialize in Vw repairs. I would never go to Guy Roberts shop again nor recommend.

My last visit for alignment needed a part due to worn threads on an upper control arm. In addition there were loose bolts on the steering box. The part was replaced the bolts tightened and the alignment is correct and will last. This attention to detail is the difference between a safe and lasting repair and just a service that leaves you seeking more work or worse. It sometimes takes a little more time "to make it right" and this place will take the time if needed. Top notch.
