Barwick, are the most DISHONEST and DECEITFUL Company I have ever used! They don't have a contractor's license. They did not give a written estimate. They did not provide a written contract. They did not provide a written itemization of their work. They did not get required permits. After the job was done and they got paid in full, they tried to change the price and get another $53,250 from us. They are now trying to (Illegally) put a lien on our property and quote "take it away." We are in a lawsuit with them. This is the worst company and man I have ever worked with. My professional opinion: STAY AWAY! UPDATE: On August 3, 2026 THE HOUSING COMMISSION INSPECTOR FAILED Tri-County's (aka: Robert O. Barwick) work on several homes saying: "The floor in the home was failed previously and repaired. The SAME AREA IS BAD AGAIN plus other areas. I am concerned this is a hazard". OTHER FAILURES INCLUDE: 1. Replace wall in bath that was opened up to do work but not closed back up. 2. Floor by front entry is sunk in/trip hazard 3. It was so stress-free even my cat didn't freak out. He just stayed on the other end of the house and chilled. LOL We had an entire remodel done (walk-in tiled shower, new double vanity [which replaced the single], new toilet, and linen cabinet. We also replaced the vinyl tile with ceramic, replaced the bathroom door with a larger 32 in. door (which required Tom to widen and reframe the doorway), replaced all of the drywall and changed the entire floor plan (which required Tom to replumb the toilet). We couldn't be more pleased with our new bathroom. Tom even installed some handy grab bars for my aging mother to use, a nice tiled bench for her to sit on while showering, and mounted a convenient shower dispenser/caddy for me to eliminate all the bottles of shampoo/shower gel and also has a handy mirror and a place to put my shaving cream and hang my shower sponges. It's awesome!! If you haven't decided on a contractor yet, then look no further!! We will be using Handyman Services Plus for many more projects to come!!
