Our first time we had Debey in our home, was for a short trip, since we had four spoiled dogs and wanted to see how it went. With this number of dogs, our travels were short and far between. And it was an expedition when we attempted to take them with. She came in and we had an interview, in which she met all the dogs, and they took right to her. Since that initial time, it went so beautifully, that my husband and I felt very secure in her care and being in our home, that we took a 6 week trip to Australia. During this time we did not worry about our babies at all, and came home to not only happy and healthy pups, but a home that was clean and organized and even fresh doggy meatballs made for one of our special needs dogs. Our four dogs really range in size and age and they all have different diets, which have to be assembled. Mealtime is not simple and then there is all the different medications. Our senior dog had cancer and required a lot of medication administered at different times of the day. Then our Brussels had extreme eye problems that required face cleaning and multiple drops given at different times daily. The third has bad stomach problems with occasional clean up that requires a strong stomach. And lastly, a lab that needs daily exercise. Needless to say, this is a job that requires time, patience and skill and Debey Do has all the above and more. We just got back from our last trip of 26 days and she has changed our lives. We feel we are very lucky to have Deby recommended to us! She has been pet sitting our two kitties since we moved here to the desert 3 years ago. I was very impressed with her asking for an interview before she even started to cat sit for us. She came to the house and was able to see the kitties and learn any/all important information about them. I try to let her know in advance when we will be gone so she has adequate time to add us to her schedule and so far she has always been available. I've used Debey's services for over 4 years. I wouldn't even consider using anyone else. The first time we met, she did an extensive interview regarding my needs for my cats, house and even filling my water fountain. She does everything from cleaning the litter box to take out and bringing in my trash cans. She alternates lights at night so it looks as though I'm home. She even turns on the radio for my cat because she said, "cats like to hear human voices when they're left alone for long periods". If I ever have a last minute request, all I need to do is write it down and leave it on the kitchen counter. I know it'll be taken care of. I cannot tell you how much of a difference it has made in my cats behavior to have Debbie take care of them during the week when I am away working. When I return, usually after 3 or 4 days, the house and pet areas are clean, and Callie and Kenji are calm and happy. They have even gone to the grocery store and bought more food when it was needed!
