But the staff immediately put both of us at ease. Everyone there was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and so informative about the process. You can really tell they're educated and passionate about what they do. What stood out to me the most was how gentle, patient, and caring they were with my pug. They took the time to make sure he felt comfortable, which meant the world to me. They did an amazing job with his grooming he got a full bath, his ears were cleaned, his teeth were brushed, and his nails were clipped.
