She was amazing at the first place she was at, now she has her own place! Her staff is excellent! Josh was so kind, friendly and professional over the phone. My dogs were there for 5 hours. i keep going back to get them, nothing g had been done. I left them at 11 am and got them back, barely before 5 pm. I was charged $65 each with the understanding they were getting bath and haircut. I was late for a dinner engagement and when I got them home, it looked like one of them had not even been groomed, except for fanny. I had to bring her back and lady on phone was visibly upset. I am not sure what these people are doing over there, but they also let dogs run free, but only ask for rabies certs, not distemper vaccines or kennel cough being up to date. And they also say they do dog boarding. oh hell no. Do yourself a favor?, take your dog over to "you dirty dog". At least you know what is being done to your dog., as you do it yourself. When I asked if they could even them up, they wanted another $45, each. Dont waste your money or your dog catching a disease from a situation with a dog, for paperwork they don't ask for. read more

Updating my review the first experience was great. The following were mediocre and our most recent they cut my dogs eyelashes off and did not tell me until I noticed it after I picked him up and called them back- really no offer to do anything besides sorry we made a mistake and your dog moves a lot but he is getting better?! $140 for my dogs eyelashes to be cut off, his little balls are red and irritated from being shaved to close and the cut is so uneven. So disappointed in the quality and professionalism we won't be returning. read more

Rest assured if you leave a voicemail, they will give you a call back. :) I left a voicemail late Friday and was promptly called back first thing Monday morning on their first business day back open. I had called for the time of my dog's appointment since I forgot and Andrea let me know the time and made sure I was set up for reminders moving forward. She was very personal and nice upon arrival. She made sure to come to the front and acknowledge our dog and made sure he was comfortable with her. She asked important questions in regard to him and asked what we were looking for. She let us know she'd give us a heads up when he's almost finished up which we received and a nice text follow up letting us know he was ready to be picked up. He looked like a completely different dog but in the cutest way, as we asked for him to shaved down for the summer. When we got there she was finishing up with him and treated him gently and with lots of care. They offer such a personal and unique experience. We'll be back. :) read more

My little Lhasa is old, deaf, and nearly blind. He doesn't like being groomed. I had him groomed at three other shops and they all said I needed to drug him or take him elsewhere. Today I picked up a very clean,clipped, happy dog. Andrea took the time to approach him face on so he could sense her while she clipped. I am on vacation here for a month and I needed to get my 10 year old Shih Tzu groomed. I am extremely particular with her...she has been going to the same groomer for the last eight years. I walked in this place, and immediately got great vibes. After speaking with Andrea, I felt even more comfort and ease in taking my little one here. They had a cancellation and she was sweet enough to squeeze me in the next day. I just got home with my little girl about an hour ago and she looks amazing and she is in a great mood. I am beyond happy with her cut and the overall care they took with her! Also things to note, when you walk in you have full visual of the dogs getting cut and if your dog is social they are able to roam around freely and not stuck in a crate. For my dog this was especially great as she has such anxiety when put in a crate! I can't say enough great things about this place and the ladies working here. Thank you again! :) read more

My Yorkie nearly jumps out of my arms with excitement when she sees the salon. Not only does Andrea do fantastic grooming work, she is also a warm, patient, positive, and generous animal whisperer. You can choose to crate or let loose before/after grooming. My pup adores meeting the other dogs while stomping around the salon - she barely greets me at pick-up! The facility is clean (no dog smell!), open, and welcoming. I would drive 100 miles to continue grooming here. read more
