The cuts are good if they show up. I had 2 small dogs. The first appointment I made with them, the…read moregroomer was over an hour late. But since it's a mobile groomer, and I had no other appointments for the day, it was fine. The next one I made, my older dog had passed on, and they confused my dogs and it was apparent they didn't remember them. Which I felt was ok, and once I spoke to her and she came out and saw my dog, she would remember-but even after she came to my house again, she obviously didn't remember ever being there. The last 2 appointments I attempted to make, no one showed up at all. They have an online system where you log in to your account and request an appointment from the mobile groomers calendar-they only show you available appointments the groomer has. She never confirmed, and so the day of the appointment, I logged in again, and it said I didn't have an appointment, even though I had confirmation emails showing I requested appointments. I have since moved on to a different mobile groomer. I live 5 streets away from where this mobile groomer has her business address listed, so I am not out of the way. I just feel like they have poor communication and a poorly structured organizational system set up.

I feel compelled to address the business owner's response to my initial review. Looking back, I…read moreshould have recognized the first red flag: when I mentioned that I had just adopted my dog and didn't have current rabies vaccination records, the groomer stated she didn't care as long as I paid in cash. This casual dismissal of county regulations not only puts staff and other animals at risk but also suggests questionable business practices. As a long-time client of the previous business owner, I had high expectations based on years of positive experiences. However, my experience with the new ownership raised several serious concerns: 1. Willingness to circumvent vaccination requirements in exchange for cash payment, violating county regulations 2. Clients were not permitted to see the grooming environment where their pets would be kept, particularly while dropping my dog off and picking them up. 3. The drop-off/pick-up process which takes place outside on her sidewalk in front of the building was extremely rushed, and unprofessional. 4. The grooming service appeared superficial, with minimal evidence of actual grooming completed 5. When questioned about results, vague responses were given about "not guaranteeing outcomes" and that " she would do the best she could" I've never heard of a groomer say that before cutting an animals hair essentially laying the groundwork for a poor experience/haircut. Which I wouldn't have a problem with if her price reflected her effort my dog barely got a haircut and she had no problem charging me the full amount of $85. I initially chose not to leave a review, preferring to simply move on to another groomer where I've since received excellent service. I only shared my experience after inadvertently discovering this same business had relocated to a residential setting, feeling other pet owners should be informed before making their decisions. Considering she was operating under a professional business in a building with a lease not following rules. I can only imagine what rules and regulations she is breaking by operating out of her home now. I have no personal agenda here - I'm simply a pet owner sharing my genuine experience and highlighting concerning practices that could affect public safety. The defensive and confrontational response to my review only reinforces my concerns about the professionalism of this business. I stand by every aspect of my review and reject any implications that my account is fabricated."

I rebooked for the dog and they then hounded me for a credit card number for the rebooked appt. Texts, voice messages, etc. for 2 days from the owner, I think. With multiple Dr. appts. & fatigue, I wasn't able to get the numbers to them. So this morning I get a text saying they will have to cancel appt. if they don't get my credit card number. Less than 5 minutes later, they cancelled it. No chance to call them...sad and rude. Lack of consideration. Thought we had formed a working relationship. Is their system even safe enough to secure my credit card numbers???
