The cuts are good if they show up. I had 2 small dogs. The first appointment I made with them, the…read moregroomer was over an hour late. But since it's a mobile groomer, and I had no other appointments for the day, it was fine. The next one I made, my older dog had passed on, and they confused my dogs and it was apparent they didn't remember them. Which I felt was ok, and once I spoke to her and she came out and saw my dog, she would remember-but even after she came to my house again, she obviously didn't remember ever being there. The last 2 appointments I attempted to make, no one showed up at all. They have an online system where you log in to your account and request an appointment from the mobile groomers calendar-they only show you available appointments the groomer has. She never confirmed, and so the day of the appointment, I logged in again, and it said I didn't have an appointment, even though I had confirmation emails showing I requested appointments. I have since moved on to a different mobile groomer. I live 5 streets away from where this mobile groomer has her business address listed, so I am not out of the way. I just feel like they have poor communication and a poorly structured organizational system set up.

Then off they went to The back room. I got a text that Jack was ready so I anxiously went in and there was my handsome boy, all trimmed, smelling great and with a cute bandana around his neck. Trinity explained that she took the muzzle off right away and he was so great with her! He was such a good boy!! A bit squirmy and loud about his nails but a perfectly good boy for the whole process. I do not like taking my furbabies to a groomer at their establishment because my cats get really stressed having to ride in the car and go somewhere unfamiliar to them, let alone not liking being groomed in the first place!! I found Sitting Pretty and was so grateful that Judi was accepting new clients. I made an appointment with Judi and had to cancel, due to a death in the family, at the last minute. She and her assistant showed up in her mobile grooming station and got to work on our cats right away.
