I met 2 "A Plus Tint and Paint" members one random Saturday morning at Cars n Coffee in Hunt Valley. Nick and Gracie had monster fabulous camera lenses, I asked if they wouldn't mind clicking a few pics of myself and my dachshund puppy. Not only were they so kind to oblige, but later that night I received edited and retouched photos they had done on their own good will!! Absolutely incredible, they are PHENOMENAL photos!! I hadn't forgotten any of that, and when the time came to Ceramic Coat / PPF my Volvo Polestar I reached out to these folks. Nick, Tim, and Vincent listened to any concern and clearly laid out how to best move forward. They are incredibly hospitable and detail oriented and it shows from their work. I couldn't be happier. Definitely a little bit of a hike for me. It was an hour and a half drive. But because of multiple people telling me to go and try, I did try their services. Had my roof wrapped black with PPF film rather than your typical vinyl. It lasts long, I believe slightly thicker, and definitely shinier. It took them almost 2.5-3 hours to get it done because they did my plastic antenna also and needed time to heal a bit. All I can say so far is WOW. Surprised there was no noticeable bubbles, all cuts were hidden under the car's trim as it should be, and they added a ceramic coating on top of the film. Downside, it was pricey. But I guess it's pay to play. Might have to go back to get my car's tint redone. They do have various tints that they can do, but overall, I like the work! There is a waiting room there while you wait with video games, TV/Netflix and a bunch of merch for the shop. Very clean inside too. read more

Once I decided to order my first ever new car, I did research on which company in MD would protect my car with PPF. And after receiving a few recommendations for A Plus, I decided to visit this shop, over an hour from my house. After the visit, I was sold. Excellent customer service, a clean shop, and they gave me several options to choose from, including options for window tinting and front windshield protection. Ultimately, I also got my roof wrapped in carbon fiber, along with the side vents and my emblems. And they also wrapped the side skirts, an area known to get beat up. And they protected my beautiful leather inside. The car was delivered to me in an enclose trailer, and the car was beautiful. My 2021 model 3 LR looks absolutely stunning. 20% tint on the sides and rear window and 55% on the front windshield. The tint job takes the car to a whole new level! If you have a Tesla I highly recommend you go here. Originally I got my tint done at a local job in VA. They did a good job... but my OCD was starting to kick in. If you want quality finishing and quality customer service this is the place to go, even if it costs a little bit more than most places. 5/5! read more

They are almost an hour away from us. That makes it a chore to use them, but they're worth it. So far they've done our Maserati, our R8, our F250 and our BMW. All perfect and all a great value, but more than that, you can tell they care. They care how well their work turns out and more so they care that you get a product that exceeds your expectations. They've done extra work without charge and they've opted not to do work I thought might be what I've wanted because once they got a closer look, they realized the end product would not be what I was expecting. I will agree on that negative review here. My granddaughter and I were willing to try them out. She sent a message and never got a response. They read it! But no response. She noticed that and sent another message explaining she was referred by someone who tried them out. STILL NO RESPONSE!! I called a few days ago but nobody picked up. Of course! I didn't bother leaving a message, no one is going to get back to me anyways. This place (and management) is a joke and doesn't take their potential customers serious. I Gave these guys my 2013 Chrysler 300 for window tinting. They informed me that the drivers side rear window did not go up and down; therefore, they would not be able to do that window. I said ok and walked to get a bite to eat. 5 hours later they told me they were able to fix my window and complete the tint job. I was so happy i gave Nick a $20 tip, the least I could do right? When I got home I realized that the same door Nick fixed would not open at ALL!... I called and talked to the "owners" about coming in and and hopefully fixing it for me, after all, it did open and close when I got there. On the third call to try to secure an appointment with them, they told me "Sorry. That's above our pay grade." This is not good business boys c'mon, think about it. A-Plus Auto Styling is an exceptional place to take your vehicle for window tinting and PPF installation. I just recently took my 2023 RS3 for a full PPF and window tinting and got it back today. The car has a dash cam and when I checked some of the recordings while it was at A-Plus I was very impressed with how carefully they drove my vehicle. I also saw the same care while they worked on the car as well. The PPF on the car looks great and shows their careful consideration to details in all those hard to reach areas. Having the PPF put on my car now gives me comfort knowing that my paint is protected while I'm driving from rocks and scratches. The window tints also look great and were even applied to my sunroof to help reduce some of the UV rays and give the car an overall clean look. I would highly recommend taking any car you want tinted or paint protected to them for high quality work. read more

I called and asked to get a quote but they placed me on a "brief" hold for a very long time, which isn't brief at all. I then went to their website to get a quote. Days passed and I still haven't received a response. I decided to on their reviews and I happen to see some reviews about how poorly they get back to potential customers. How unfortunate! I cannot testify as to whether this shop does good work or not because they never gave me the opportunity to become a customer. Everytime I called I got a machine, I left messages never to receive a call back, I emailed through here and weeks later got an email telling me they are so busy they couldn't schedule me for 2 weeks. I replied that was fine I would wait just let me know a day, never to hear from them again. They might be busy now but if they treat new customers like this I doubt they will be busy long...back to D&L I go.. read more
