They had given us an estimate, that we did approve for $800. We expected a professional job, which we did not get. When we called the office for an explanation of why we were charged $800. Parts were $15 and he took 5 minutes to make a hole in the wall. Do they charge $800 labor? for 5 minutes work. We asked for Anthony to call us and explain; he did not have the courtesy to call us back. We kept getting excuses from there receptionist that he was busy!!
