Why am I being lied to? Why have I had to reach out every time instead of proactive communication from the retailer? Why was my purchase price not honored like any good retailer would? Prices were good. The tree was $100, which might be a bit high, but it's very pretty. We needed coffee, and the nice man who helped us said that he would wrap the tree while we were gone. He didn't even ask us to pay in advance. When we came back, it was wrapped. Excellent customer service! Much appreciated.

He communicated well, showed up when we agreed, fixed the problem for a final cost very close to the initial estimate. The slight difference was to be expected as there were 4 (or 5?) circuit breakers that had to be replaced. He followed up on some other issues that he and I noticed, with a plumber that he works with, with as good an experience. For the cynics out there, John, pka Breeze is proof that there are honest, capable, personable tradespeople out there!!! Make him your go-to electrician, he's mine!

The electrician could not fix it. I called the company, they could not fix it and they knew of no one who could. I brought it to Brooklyn Lamp Repair on 65th St. in Brooklyn, NY. Its a typical Brooklyn shop with items from the 1800's to todays modern lamps. The owner, Eddie was fantastic ! He took my sconce apart, looked it over, and told me to come back in two days. He got rid of the inside LED strip and transformer and rewired it to accept a dimmable LED bulb. Eddie and his wife were friendly, professional and reasonably priced. Two days later I picked it up and walked out smiling.
