The only reason I was in line too long was because Cindy the woman at the front, guessing she's a manager. Cindy decided to take one of the other cashiers off the register when the lines were long and needed that extra help. I ended up moving lines and then Cindy decided to cut in front of me to help another cashier. The words excuse me never came out of Cindy's mouth. Very unprofessional.
