They had placed a call to a local plumber they use, but they did not receive a answer. I was told I should contact a plumber otherwise it would be Monday before water could be restored. Searching Google and very first entry I came across was Precision Plumbing & Rooter. I called and Levi answered right away. Levi said he was pretty well booked up and then asked what the situation was. I explained what was going on and he said he may be able to get someone out today. One hour later, Levi called back and let me know that Dan was on his way. Dan arrived and addressed the issue quickly. He explained the process step by step and was very courteous. I greatly appreciate their quick response and great customer service. A+

Neither Mark Jr. nor Mark Sr. leave their house to meet their customers. Mark Jr. takes all the calls and sends unlicensed men that he hires under the table and promises to pay, but never pays them.
