WHAT THIS MEANS you will not get a lien on the products installed if the roof company fails to pay for their materials. 2-No down payment 3-Uses their own license (yes this is a thing-some contractors pay to use others licenses) 4-The installers were professional, and cleaned up every nail. Our 2K SF roof was done in 1 day. Tear off, replace any rotten wood, prep, waterbarrier, and new shingles. 5-Price was the lowest even with a premium product.
