Monica's staff were super professional, especially for the kitchen and bathroom cleaning! They came three girls in total and cleaned up my rented apartment thoroughly and efficiently, absolutely beyond my expectations. Although they came later about 1 hour, I am extremely satisfied with the result with a reasonable price. I'd strongly recommend them!

We decided we needed a little extra help while I recover from surgery. Monica's got right back to me and gave me a very reasonable quote. Three cleaners showed up at my door at the agreed upon time. In about an hour they had my small home shiny and smelling wonderful! We are so pleased we will probably continue to have them come by once a month. read more

The first time I scheduled a cleaning they arrived a half hour late without contacting us. The second time they were on time. Both cleanings were good. Today an hour after my appointment time we still had no communication from them even though I messaged them twice. When I called we were told the ladies went to clean a different house and could maybe get there in an hour. We told them if they could not arrive in an hour ( which was two and a half hours after our original appointment) to forget it. I understand that mistakes happen, but the lack of communication or concern is inexcusable. We will not be using this service again because it is very unprofessional to not keep an appointment or be delayed for hours without initiating any communication. No matter how good a job they do who wants to wait around for people who may or may not show up. read more

Didn't show up at designated time. Couldn't get a hold of her. She finally called me back and told me a time she would be there. Finall came 2 hours later. Confusion with pricing, I overpaid her by accident. Asked for money back. She never responded read more

They came on time and I gave them quite a challenge, and they blew me away. Rome wasn't built in a day and neither will this house with all the different levels. Since my son and the kids moved in, my house did a 180. But I hired the right people for the job. read more

Monica's team did a fabulous job at my house. They were so fast, polite, and friendly, and every surface was shiny and clean after. It also smelled amazing in my house for at least a week afterward. I have a dog who gets fur EVERYWHERE and I was so impressed with how thoroughly they were able to remove all of her hair from the couches, rugs, and carpets. I felt this was an even better service than other cleaning companies I've used in the past. I will definitely use this service again and again. read more

I needed cleaning services to help get my house clean for a party that is 4 days away. My house is fairly large and a lot for me to clean with 3 kids under 5. Monica answered my call immediately and came out the very next day. My shower and bathrooms needed the most attention and Monica at 2 others cleaned them perfectly; exceeded my expectations. Even the stubborn shower that was very dirty was cleaned way better than I could ever clean it. Bookshelves were dusted, blinds were cleaned, ceiling fans, window sill area above sink, oven, and refrigerator to name a few, all were tended to within 4 hours.
