Then I call the number on the door and instead of getting the store manager I get a customer service rep who tries and fails to connect me to the manager... again during posted open business hours. They clearly don't care about their customers. Don't waste your time or your money here.

Great moving experience!…read more I helped a friend move and I can't say enough good things about this company. They were so nice, helpful, expedient, and professional. They took every measure to make sure her stuff was taken care of and also covered flooring and doorways to further ensure this. The field manager even put her grandfather clock back together (chimes inside) as we had no clue how it worked. My friend is an older gal and they spoke to her with total respect, listened to her stories, asked her opinion all along the way to make sure she was happy. I would definitely hire this company for my own move and refer them to others. Thanks guys, great move!
