Also we didn't have to empty everything for the move (e.g. keep clothes in dressers, papers in the filing cabinet, etc). They were very careful with our belongings and paid attention not to damage our stuff or the walls/stairs during the move. I own a $40k RV, and ended up camping in tents. August 2nd, went to pick dump trailer and drop at job site so employees could load. Trailer blocked by semi trailer. I was told they "don't have a yard dog" and can't get it moved. September 3rd, same story. Woke up early to pick dump trailer and deliver to job site. Upon arriving, my trailer is blocked in yet again. Each time my trailer has been blocked in, I have had to eat labor costs (employees waiting for trailer to load) and nearly forfeit a vacation. When confronting the "manager", he provided no solution. It is apparent they do not care about their customers. Should I pay my bill late, they want to charge me a fee. Should they cause my trailers and job sites to be shut down, they want to shrug their shoulders. I am now in process of removing trailers and storing with a more reputable company.

I got a unit to place my sisters items in there after her passing and that unit was broke into 3x in 1 week. When certain things are said by the staff and are done, you have to wonder who is actually breaking into these units. I dont trust them, the girl was rude and lied to me multiple times so it is hard to trust her. The male manger appeared to be nice, but when a facility you are paying to keep your stuff safe, allows break ins and does nothing to improve the location then you have to look at the overall company and say - Cubesmart is at fault for these breakins. The units are in a dark inside a facility where the lights dont work at night, the main door to enter is broken and you keep getting excuses as to why its still not fixed. The main gate was broken into and they placed a concrete barrier on the broken fence and never fixed the fence. Was like that for over a year. DO NOT USE THEM! SERIOUSLY. I almost put my sisters ashes in there, but a friend was kind to take them home, so I can disperse her ashed properly. We moved her things in their during the Covid break out, I live out of town/country and most of it is now gone, all stolen. They would not contact the police to inform them of a break in at their facility of the damage they received. I called and while talking to them, I understood they did not cooperate with them as they would expect.
