I wasn't sure what the problem was, but they figured it out almost immediately. The guitar tech (maybe Bob?) took it in the back room and fixed it in about ten minutes, maybe less! While he was doing that, one of the salesmen and I were talking about unrelated items (sound issues at concerts), and he was answering my dumb questions - in other words, he was keeping me entertained with small talk. I cannot speak highly enough of those people. I don't go to their store a lot because I don't need to buy a lot anymore. But every time I do, I have no trouble getting waited on by knowledgeable and friendly people. They aren't pushy - I always have to approach them rather than them hounding me, and that's the way I like it. ~Greg

We were fortunate to visit with this music group pre-covid. Thr class size was just right for the…read moreamount of children/ parents per instrument. It was held at the Richland Community Center such nicely overlooks the Columbia River at Howard Amon park. We stayed on their mailing list during Covid and kind of lost interest as the government mandated everyone wear THREE MASKS if they were going to be singing together per their email. Through no fault of their own, I just couldn't justify bringing the toddlers to visit if they couldn't see my lips moving for that developmental aspect. We watch Songs For Littles at home on TV sometimes if we aren't singing and playing instruments without other's guidance. Overall, it's a great company and it was fun for both parents and children. I do give them five stars.
