My most recent conditioner shipment confirmed the conditioner hates the package too. The seam at the other end of the tube exploded from the strain. I now use it by squeezing it out of the other end. Never asked for anything more than a plain old blowout. Not wanting to make waves I said nothing. Through the entire procedure she tried to upsell me on this and that - a haircut, various products. I said no thank you. When she rang me up I was charged $44 instead of the listed price for a blowout $30 (and what I've always paid at my regular Hair Cuttery). So for deluxe I paid $14 more. Not a thing was done that was deluxe or special. And it was a horrible blowout. When I got out to the car, my partner said: I thought you were getting your hair blown out. Plus, I can usually get a few days out of a blowout. Today, day 2, my hair is a mess. I'm feeling very ripped off.
